We recently bought a property that Rickards of Morpeth were responsible for selling.

They kept us informed throughout, of everything that was happening during the process, which helped during what can be a stressful time.
On day of completion we had an email from them outlining the final steps so we knew what to expect.
As we were relocating from Scotland this was extremely helpful.

Whenever we spoke to any member of the team, they were always polite and knowledgeable.

We must give special thanks to Gillian, our main point of contact who was always at the end of the phone or via email when needed! (I hope you have / had that lovely holiday that you were looking forward to 😊)

We have now been in our lovely new home for a month.

My complaint about Rickards has just been upheld by the Property Ombudsman.

The Ashington branch is a shambles. I could tell you everything that happened, but it would take ages, and I doubt you'd believe any of it.
The Property Ombudsman did though. Rickards has just paid the awarded compensation.
Don't make the same mistake I did. Best avoided.

The customer service we received was amazing, we felt so supported and all of our questions/ concerns felt valid and addressed. The team are second to none and I would recommend Rickards to anyone looking to sell/purchase a property.

Dawn Leslie has been really amazing. It was so easy to work with her as a Conveyancer. She was so helpful and supported in managing the buyer's solicitors and the buyer's, given the time it took for the case to complete. I wish her all the best with everything in the future.

After experiencing a fairly tumultuous 20 months of trying to sell a property , I was constantly reassured by the optimism and professionalism shown by the staff in Rickards, in particular I have to mention Gillian who worked so hard to deal with the communication between myself, buyer and two sets of solicitors.
I would rate their service at 6 star if it was an option.

I would recommend Rickard Estate Agents for any moves you would wish to make, a very professional and trustworthy team, who helped make the move less stressful, especially after not moving for 24 years previously.

I would also praise Dawn for her professionalism and willingness to help with even the most minor query and concern.

First rate service from the Morpeth branch. We bought our house through them, and the whole team was professional, efficient and friendly at all times. The purchase wasn't straightforward for reasons outside of their control, but throughout they were very understanding and communicative.

Great communications, very supportive when personal issues arose. House was valued at the right level, agents doing viewings were very well briefed about the property and the area. Sale process went smoothly and great recommendation for solictor.
