Admittedly I preordered an Emove Cruiser S and had to wait 7 weeks for delivery but after using it for 6 months it is great in the fact I do not have to charge it every time I go out on it. It is great for climbing hills even though I am overweight. I haven't used it much during winter, only doing the shopping with it but as the sun is coming out more I look forward to longer excursions. Everybody says they have to check the nuts and brakes etc but I haven't. The only thing I have done is fit a seat on it and it does feel great when I upped the speed. It says 33mph max but I only got 25mph out of it and a range of 62 miles but I only got a maximum of 43,4 miles. Strangely with 8 billion people on the planet it always seems like they are in front of me so I do a lot of stop and start avoiding them so that might have something to do with the range. I wish I could have a go in the US on it. I am happy that I got it now though and wish more people used them and that they would make them legal in the UK.

I was looking for a couple of scooters for our motorhome when we travel in Europe. I spoke to Ride & Glide who give me confidence but its not an easy purchase when you have no experience of scooters, there size, speed or have anywhere local to view. Purchase was made and delivery was next day so great service from R&G. The Nami was not my first choice, perhaps to fast, no front indicators, no additional illumination on the deck or any folding handlebars to suit our needs. However once we received the Nami Klima's and set up the scooters I can say they are extremely well made, great IP rated which is important and very sturdy, we did have one issue, one scooter came un restricted and one was restricted, even though I disconnected the speed restrictor cables to un restrict the scooter it was having none of it. Contacted R&G through there support & sales email and was disappointed that we didn't get a response. We finally resolved the issue by searching forums and disconnecting the battery overnight, re connecting the battery and un setting the USB charger facility from the display. This is something that isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual or on any online reviews. Both scooters are now un restricted and I have slowed the speed down in the manual settings to be more tame and unforgiving. 15.5MPH in drive mode. On the plus side the ride & suspension is fantastic and has coped with the journeys we have already made, the brakes are good, almost to good so be careful. The scooters appearance when first purchased and assembled is daunting for anyone unfamiliar with the product, the speed out of the box and through the gears is also ludicrous but we are so glad we purchased the Nami Klima and are confident the scooters will last for many years and travel long distances with the 30amp batteries. It's not all about the speed, so if you are middle aged like us tame the motor settings down and it will be perfect for your needs. !!!!!
