Right NRG Reviews

I applied online for an appointment, I then received a callback which was friendly and informative. They booked me and my husband in for an appointment with Danielle who came round and surveyed the house and helped is design our own system based on what we actually needed, this is something we had previously struggled with. We didn’t want something standard. We didn’t want something we didn’t need. We chose what we wanted with her guidance/information she just worked out the size based on our usage.

The installation was tidy and the installation was efficient. We’ve received such a huge saving in the last two weeks (better than expected) and we expect that to continue.

Well done and thankyou.

I didn't get a system in the end but Daniela was very informative and built me a system with guaranteed output and gave me multiple choices.

Had a few problems in the procurement phase of the project, however Danielle the sales advisor was top notch, knew her stuff and brought the project to a satisfactory conclusion. The installation crew were polite, knowledgeable and soon had the system installed and up and running so, well done to them aswell.

Do not touch this company, I had my solar panels fitted in April. Once they’ve got your money they are not interested. Their communication skills are the worst I’ve tried contacting them many times to no avail it’s now August and I still haven’t received my DNO on contacting northern grid the wrong forms were submitted in May the company was informed but since up to last week they’ve done nothing. I’ve tried leaving messages for them to get back to me. Again I’ve heard nothing

I had a great experience with Right NRG. From start to finish, everyone I've dealt with has been professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me clearly and all my questions were answered. From my initial contact with the company to the completion of my solar panel installation only took about 3 weeks. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Nice quick service, good people to deal with

Daniella is a perfect energy advisor. She explained everything so deeply to help us understand the solar system . She gave proper answers to our questions she is so kind and helpful .
She don’t rush she is so calm and help us to save money through solar .
Loved talking with her
She is brilllant , loved to meet her again and again .

I belive that opinions should be honest, thats why all good experience should be rewarded and bad experience should be named and canno be forget. Laura is great customer support and highly recomend to contact her in case of any issue if you dont want to be ignored.

Nice easy and straight forward to deal with , easy to arrange and install was quick and lads were helpful

After installation, I had a small query and reached out via WhatsApp. The response was quick and helpful. It’s nice having multiple support options. The system itself has been running smoothly with no issues since.

I was really impressed with the follow-up from Right NRG and especially with the honesty shown about the initial design not being the best fit for my needs. Instead of just pushing ahead, they took the time to re-look at everything and helped me find a more suitable option that I now feel much more confident about. I really appreciate all the effort and patience shown throughout the process, especially from Ryan, who kept reminding me "you're only going to do it once, so let's get it right"

Really happy with Right NRG. The German panels look high quality and you can see the difference compared to others nearby. Performance has been good so far and the installation is very neat with all cabling hidden

Right NRG upgraded my 10-year-old solar system with a new inverter and battery and the difference has been fantastic. I'm saving more on my bills, making better use of my solar power and I still keep my original feed-in tariff. Highly recommended

We have had a wonderful experience of having our solar panels fitted by Ben and Greg. Excellent team very friendly and work is first class. All nice and tidy afterwards too. Would recommend them to all family and friends. Thank you so much guys

Both the surveyor and the installer arrived on time. Everything was explained and discussed. They both provided an excellent service.

Friendly easy to talk staff, everyone i have dealt with has done it with a smile on their face that makes me know I've got a company I can trust when I want to.

Clear explanations given by the installers. Looking forward to experiencing the results of the solar panels.

Beware all the bad reviews are getting removed. This company came to my home on the 9th May 2. They wasting 2+ hours of my life to give me absurd figures. Honestly save your money.

Had my battery fitted today all working excellent.

Nice easy install

Great service. Highly recommended!
