This is a complete SCAM site. Ordered a product the beginning of January. They emailed that they received my order and I haven't heard another word. I sent two emails but no reply.

Ordered something in October, hasn't been delivered(it's Jan 30), they have been extremely rude, difficult to work with, and refusing to refund.

The product they sent me was not even close to the picture they used to promote it! What they sent was grossly overpriced! I should have known when they tried to charge 40% sales tax. Don't buy from these cheats!

Buyer BEWARE!! This company, Rightfavour, are scammers! I placed an order that I never received in Melbourne Australia. When I contacted Righfavour, they provided a tracking number that is not recognised by the Post Office. The company said they delivered my parcel to the front door but could not provide a photo. They said for me to check with neighbours, check bushes, trees, ask Post Office and check CCTV footage. Clearly a decoy because I haven’t received the package and they have taken my 💲 DO NOT purchase anything. Sadly I checked the reviews after I was scammed. Now I understand why Rightfavour have a Rating of 1

Ordered Nov. 7. Wasn't shipped until after I made Paypal complaint. Arrived Dec 17. Ordered Wuben G5 but got really cheap fake. When I emailed them to find out if they had shipped they sent a fake tracking number that only worked on "tracking-hub.com" which is a fake tracking company. Stay away from these guys!

I never received my order for Christmas that I ordered back in September. Kept giving me tracking that I know was BS. Won't email me back when asking for a phone number to talk to someone. Worst Company ever. Beware!

I had the same exact experience as the last review. Looked like beautiful trees, 5 different sizes. Received worse than dollar store cheap plastic all the same size YELLOW trees. I wouldn't even donate them. Of course they make a return very difficult by saying you will not only have to pay high shipping costs, but will get nothing if I didn't accept 12.00 compensation. That was the max offered. TOTAL SCAM! They are stealing right out of our hands.

Ordered 5 glass gold Christmas trees after seeing an ad on Instragram. The items portrayed were beautiful and looked like mercury glass. What I received were 5 cheap little plastic trees, looked nothing like advertisement and cost $62. Rightfavour said I received the correct items even after I sent pictures of what they were suppose to look like. They would allow me to return them but it would cost $35 or more to return. What a total rip-off. DO NOT purchase products from this company and be careful what you see on Instragram.

COMPLETE scam! I too ordered mercury glass illuminated trees and got cheap plastic pieces of crap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The price shown was $35 but I was then charged over $60! I canceled my card as I thought it was a scam and was told by my bank the charge went through. I got these crappy items and am currently trying to return them.

October .. I’ve just read the last review for the same product and it sounds as if I’ve been scammed. I read Trust Pilot reviews and there was no mention of poor delivery etc so assumed they were genuine!! Silly me !!!!

Ordered a product called “mercury glass” tree set of 5. Advertised were 5 large glass trees that lit up. Price was close to 50.00. After taking well over a month as product was shipping from “Italy”, what arrived were 5 small dollar store plastic trees in what could be a shoe box simply lined with a single piece of bubble wrap.

I ordered 2 dresses that totaled $52, they charged $65 on my cc. They didnt fit, I tried to return, they offered $4.00!!!! I can not return, they said no!!! I am taking it up with my cc as dispute!! Such a terrible company!!!! I have all my emails from their sorry selves and my receipts

Do not… I repeat DO NOT purchase from this company. Read the reviews. They are the WORST! I was overcharged $20. They NEVER reinstated the $$$. Additionally I was charged $60 for an item that is listed on their own website for $25. Once you’ve sent the $$$ you are stuck. Amazon does not deal with them any longer. PayPal should stop working with them. This is a scam operation.

SCAM!! Do not buy from them! Product is garbage and went I requested a return, I experienced the worst costumer service I've ever seen before! There is also an article about fraudulent activity with this website. I wish I could give them a zero star.

Website shows one price , and you end up paying another!
I bought airbuds that says $13 and i was charged $82 ! I complained they don’t help you at all , just keep giving you excuses! I got an email that they made a

A follow up on rightfavour. This company is a total scam. There is no kids swim goggles. After providing tracking numbers from all over Europe they finally say it was delivered in Los Angeles and I am in San Francisco. They say it's the USPS check with them. And guess what. No such tracking numbers. Completely fraudulent.
