I just got off the phone with Charles and was astounded by the excellent customer service that he provided. It is very seldom that customer service will go beyond the call of duty and Charles absolutely exceeded that by leaps and bounds.

I can't say enough great things about Rightline Trading’s technical support! I was struggling with an issue on my AI Autotrader and NinjaTrader 8 for far too long, trying to fix it myself without success. Thankfully, Charles stepped in and had everything back up and running in just 30 minutes! His deep knowledge of NT8 and troubleshooting expertise made all the difference.

Not only did he quickly diagnose and resolve the issue, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar problems in the future. His patience, efficiency, and professionalism were outstanding. It’s rare to find support that’s this knowledgeable and effective.

If you ever run into technical difficulties, don’t waste time trying to figure it out alone—just reach out to Rightline Trading! I highly recommend their support team, especially Charles.

Look at their YouTube live stream, the bots they show are purposely sorted to only show the winners. They call it the "leaderboard." A member even said "don't worry about the losers, only the winners count." Can you imagine if I said to my broker ignore the losers and just focus on the winners?

So, as I was saying, go and look at the daily YouTube live stream. They purposely sort the PnL column by descending so all you will see are the winners. You won't see ANY of the losing bots. Ever. If you ask for it in the comments they won't do it.

Think people. How can that work? You won't know which bots will be profitable until you run them. Duh.

Look carefully at the stream, the trader even manually closes losing positions on the PA (funded) Apex account.

I have specific goals for income from trading & the AI autotrading system appears well suited to help me meet those goals. But I'm a total newbie to futures trading. My experience trading options really doesn't carry over to Ninja Trader very well! I thank Rory and Charles for their personal support as I ramp up this new skill. Charles' expertise, his "white glove" installation, weekly training sessions, and availability for one-on-one support on my schedule are extremely helpful. RightLine Trading support is really excellent!

RLT with Rory and Charles. Great customer service and help. No hesitation to help and all done in a friendly positive way. Charles and Rory very knowledgeable and professional, all with integrity. I appreciate all the help that I received. Great people and company.

I'm glad I made the leap. I saw a webinar about the RLT system and saw how it could build on what I was already doing with greater accuracy. I thought it was too good to be true but after using the live trading rooms to learn I was off and running. I hit career high 13K in just a few weeks and recently just added 5 more funded accounts to my portfolio getting them all in ONE DAY using the Money Flow Tracker.
