Charles is the best! When our "friends" at Ninjatrader decided to blow me off for 2 meetings in a row (what's up with that?) while I have a software problem, Charles S. at Right Line Trading agreed to take a look and Bada-Bing, I'm back in business! Not only are the trading software products at Right Line Trading superior, but their customer service is the best in the industry. Thanks again, Charles!

The customer service at Rightline Trading has always been first rate. They are are courteous, professional and care about their clients needs. On one issue in particular they went over and above to ensure the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them

Rightline Trading's Tech support is second to none. I had an issue with my Ninja Trader Platform, and worked with Ninja Trader's support, via email, for two days without being able to resolve the issue. I couldn't even get the platform to load. I also called HP support and they could not figure it out after trying for more than an hour. However, I called Rory at Rightline Trading, and he was able to set up a 30 minute session with Charles the same day. Charles was able to resolve the issue and give several recommendations to help things run even smoother than before having this issue. I am so very grateful for the immediate assistance from both Rory and Charles. Their service is Fantastic!!!

RLT is truly the best and easiest company to help automate your Futures trading. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll be set up and making money in no time. Their customer service rep Charles is top notch, kind and patient. I was ready to go in one session and have the ability to book more if I need any help. RLT livestreams every day where you can ask questions and trade along with Mark or Rory until you get the hang of it yourself. I have passed 5 evaluations so far using their system and look forward to payouts in the coming weeks.

I made my 1st purchase with RLT in Feb 2021 of the compass system. I still use the Compass tool as my main trading tool. I also have the many iterations of the auto trader and now the AI auto trader. I really like this company and their tools.

Yesterday I used the AI autotrader for the 1st time to pass my 1st prop test. The one day pass strategy provided by RLT created 2 quick trades that allowed me to get in and out of the trades in 50seconds. I passed! I even got my certificate from the Prop company already

It was amazing to see it happen so quickly. I don't feel particularly lucky either as several other customers have similar results and routinely pass evaluations in the discord group.

The other thing is that I have been dealing with Rory for years and most recently Charles. They have gone above and beyond to help me out and have been very supportive. You can also see Rory and the Owner Mark live on their youtube channel every day - you see them use the same ai trading tools that you have not some black box. You also get to contribute to improving and creating of new strategies and ideas. I really admire the transparency of this company.

I joined RLT about a week ago. I am extremely thrilled with this company. Its commitment to help every member be successful is second to none. I want to especially thank Charles Seiter for all the help he has provided me. I have never been with a company in which its support is superb. I can really attest to its qualifications. Once again, got SUPERB Technical Support for my Ninja Trader from Mr. Charles Seiter. As always, he was very cordial and patient and thorough with the help he provided; and because I asked, he took the trouble to walk me through some of the solution steps that were inevitably going to have to be repeated in the future (for recurring generic tech issues). I couldn’t have been more pleased with his solution delivery and tutelage!

I have been a customer of RLT for over a year and have been successfully using the Money Flow Tracker for discretionary trading. Now I have bought the AI AutoTrader system and had Charles from RLT install it for me. Here I received the first super fast, competent and very friendly support from him. When problems with NinjaTrader arose later, Charles again helped me quickly in his very friendly and patient way to get NT8 up and running again, even though the error was not caused by RLT.

My advice to potential client looking for an AI powered Auto & Semi-Auto day trading strategies is please do not decide based on just their past negative reviews by some, give them a try. Customer Care with Charles was very great, knowledgeable, and caring and he wanted to ensure everything was right before the call ended. Rory is very good at his job wanting to make sure the service is right for you.

Although I'm quite new to RLT and still trying to pass my first Apex funding challenge, the customer support I've received from Rory and especially Charles Seiter, has been absolutely first class and amazing. Charles is such a nice, super intelligent, down to earth guy, who is patient and helps answer any questions I have.

Their customer support is and has been Superb!! Considering all the garbage that is out here, their trading systems are very profitable, and my involvement with Right Line Trading has been nothing but outstanding!! No lie, they deserve 6 Stars.

I did subscribe trial for both credit spread and option service for two weeks and did never receive any trading signa except the first day on the credit spread service showing the open positions and closed ones.
I called nearly every day and wrote mails to complain but received never any signal during the two weeks , also not in my spam box as they suggested.
I tried to cancel both subscriptions and got a confirmation for canceling only one so that i had to block my credit card to make sure they would not charge me for further subscription
I did call many times and was only able to speak once with Rory, the other times nobody did pickup the phone and the message bow was allways full.
My experience is more then bad and i have serious doubts avout there services.

The guys at Right Line are an amazing help trading is very hard in general, but the guys at Right Line are always there with great information and help. Rory with customer service and just all kinds of information and just motivation and support. Charles is so great with tech support no one is better this guy's knows computers and better than him knowing computers he is the nicest and most patient guy I know. Thanks

My experience with RLT has been excellent, the journey to passing my evaluation was quite tasking more than I thought but was achieved with the very good support and several encouragements I got from Rory and Charles. I purchased a lifetime license to a Right Line product in July 2021 and loved everything about it. Sadly, I did not follow any rules and let my emotions get the best of me. Blown account, threw in the towel. This year I decided to go back to what I am passionate about after a Saturday webinar with Rory on the AI Auto Trader. I contacted Rory and he set me up the very next morning on a Sunday, people! Even with my super laggy internet service...it must have been torture for Rory but he wanted to make sure I was all set up with AI. And then Charles swoops in just before this weekend and completely sets me up with my original purchase from 2021! Charts, workspaces, templates, strategies, etc. Charles even made sure to give me his recommended links on the product because of the updates since 2021. So if you have any questions about this company honoring lifetime licensing...don't. I am more than happy about my purchases erasing all buyers remorse I had early on. Thank you Rory and Charles!
