Had a nightmare with them. They were great on the day and so spent over £3k with them based on the fact they would deliver the tiles in two days time. Ended up with missing tiles - the warehouse didn’t bother letting the store know they didn’t have enough in stock. Had to pay for my tiler collect the missing tiles otherwise I would have lost out on a day’s work. Other tiles were missing and had to call endless times. The guy that sold them to be started losing his rag saying I wasn’t his only customer and even had the audacity to say he will pay me £50 from his own pocket for the missing tiles. Like I cared for the £50 when I spent over £3k. Based on my dealing with them on the day I bought the tiles, I recommended them to a friend who also purchased tiles and ended up with wrong batches. The issues I had are endless and would tell anyone to avoid using them for peace of mind

They are not going to improve there service and attitude towards customer they just knew how to take money and after when there is time for any small returns or refunds there terms and conditions of to late come forward with there rude attitude .so its better ignore these guys .....

We’ve had a brilliant experience with Right Tiles Isleworth - Ali J helped us choose beautiful tiles for 3 bathrooms in our renovation project, and we are so pleased with the result. Ali gave us a really personal service, and was on hand in the weeks and months afterwards for troubleshooting, including an easy exchange of some wrongly ordered tiles. 10/10 would shop here again!

Very impressive showroom. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The tile display is an eye opener. We only needed some outdoor tiles but we were treated like VIP.

We’ve just ordered tiles and everything else we need to refurbish our bathroom from the Hanworth branch. There we talked with Waleed who helped us make sure we had everything.It made the interaction consistent and provided us with a lot of certainty. Overall great service and friendly staff.

We have recently bought about 150m2 of outdoor tiles from hanworth store. Before visiting right tiles, we have been to other shops like tops tile or DIY tiles but weren’t satisfied with the quality of tiles tho those were quite economical. One of my friends recommended me about right tiles and it was worth buying from them. Although, they have little higher prices but the quality of Spanish porcelains and its finishing blew our minds. The staff was quite cooperative and helpful.

I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get some tiles for their bathroom, kitchen or patio. Amazing range of Spanish & Italian tiles for reasonable price. Customer service of Bounds store was exceptional right from the start till finishing of the project.
