Great connection and good prices. But promotional prices not what they seem. Got my old credit wiped out and the promotional price I paid was higher than usual.

Great service at a very affordable price. I use it only to call my elderly Mum in Scotland who has a very basic mobile and Whatsapp isn't an option. Being able to call every day with no worry on cost... Toon meer

OK, BUT...
System is generally fine but sometimes reception is sub-standard and occasionally people receiving my calls can't hear me, and I have to call again.
The reminder message about topping up my account is irritating.

Something changed. Some numbers dont work noww
The calls are fine but something was done recently that now half of my UK numbers don't work anymore. The number now has "original" shown in the number display. No explanation from the company or support. Very annoying. This used to work so well.

Super simple to use. Saves a lot on overseas calls. Pre program your most used numbers and simply hit that digit when you connect.

closed my account for no reason
My PIN did not go through and I called them and they said they need to verify if the last number I tried to call was from a family or friend or for business I told them the number was from a friend but they didn't believe it but asked if it was a family or a friend, I said friend, they said that they have to close my account because they see that someone with the same last name as mine also called the number and they know that I say Not the truth
And the 1 star I give is because they at least gave me my money back

Who is the call from?
The numbers come up in England as numbers from Honlolulu etc. and the receiver does not know whose calling or who to call back.

Hi Mrs Falk - Lobenstein,
Thank you for opening up this topic.
Calling using an access number does not guarantee the correct Caller ID; that is your source number, displayed to the person you're calling. That is why, we highly recommend using our App instead. Doing so allows you to set your Caller ID and provide higher call quality.
For more questions on this, you can also contact our Customer Support service, available 24/7.

Actually Ring Britain has always been…
Actually Ring Britain has always been great. However from 1st November they are changing the way they operate. They will no longer be allowing calls from landlines, instead, we are encouraged to use the app on mobiles instead. Really not convenient for our particular set up, very disappointed in this decision.
