Great connection and good prices. But promotional prices not what they seem. Got my old credit wiped out and the promotional price I paid was higher than usual.

So Easy
It is a very good service , Quick and easy to sign up , and very cost effective. It's the best I've come across and there are no hassles joining and closing, unlike other services. Could not find a better or easier service.

Thank you for reaching out. We can see that a case has been opened regarding your issue, and based on the phone call records, the problem seems to be that you were not dialling using our service. It is possible that the message you received came from your local service provider.
Just make sure you dial our access number first and that you listen to our system's message before you dial the destination number.
Let us know if the problem persists, our Customer Support team is available 24/7.
