Failed yet again to get promised doorstep delivery.
Further to my review on September 15 after which we were promised a delivery today, October 17th, it did not happen. I am surprised, disappointed, disgusted and totally disillusioned with this pathetic organisation. In truth, I think that’s me finished with them.

Brazil nuts.
After loving the products and using them for many years, This year I feel badly let down by my order. I ordered 6 boxes of their Brazil nuts which I give as gifts each year- This year they came, HALF the size of past years but still the same price! 13 nuts in a box! Absolutely disgusted and will never purchase them again! What a let down!

The cost of cocoa has risen significantly, and because of this we had to rethink the product size to make sure we kept the quality, which we care deeply about, while still keeping it accessible. We chose to reduce the pack size so the chocolates remain just as you know and love them. We’ve worked hard to balance quality, value and affordability during a challenging time, and we truly appreciate your feedback and support.

We bought 2 of "The Monty" hampers
We bought 2 of "The Monty" hampers. One for a gift and one for us. The delivery was very prompt. So, the biscuits in the hamper are lovely, in particular the ginger snaps. As for the tea, well it is a bit of a let down. The Decaf confirmed that I do not like decaf tea. The regular blend was ok but not great. I saved the gold until last and was really looking forward to it and I wanted to compare it to my usual brands. Unfortunately, that too did not live up to my expectations. I may be odd but I like to smell the tea before I drink it. They all have an unappetising smell to me! I found all the different blends to be on the weak side. I've been interested to try Ringtons for a while. Sadly, I am not converted from my usual 4 favourites. I would possibly return for those ginger snaps though. The recipient of our gift loves it. So it's down to personal preference.

Fantastic tea which is very difficult to beat! Also the ginger biscuits and marshmallow teacake are delicious. Just make sure you have a good hiding place for them as they disappear very quickly!
