Ordered 2 × 6 set of cups delivery was prompt however 2 cups were broken , contacted customer services with issue and received email within an hour offering replacements at no charge these were received within 3 working days

I ordered 6 slate mats at a fantastic price. There was an issue with the delivery - not their fault- and the items were returned without me actually receiving them. Rinkit emailed me offering a replacement or a refund. I explained the situation and within 2 days I received the replacement at no further cost for postage. Emails replied to within hours, even outwith working hours. Great service and product

We ordered a square dressing table mirror. when it arrived, although packaged really well, boxed, bubble wrapped, there was a crack in the glass , looked like a stress crack, from where the pivot point was added.
I printed out a returns note and saw that they said to call or email them before returning.
I spoke to a lovely person who asked a few questions and said they would send out a replacement ASAP.
They did not require me to box up and send back, i took a few photos and sent them via email.
The next day the mirror turned up and was perfect.
Their customer service was spot on, the person who took my call was friendly and helpful.
Rinkit will be my 1st stop from now on when i am looking for things for home or garden.

Had a problem with delivery which was not Rinkits fault.
They fixed the problem and sent out replacement items within 3 hours of my email.
I think that this is exceptional service.

I have ordered a few times from rinkit and I think they are very good,They don't charge a fortune for delivery but quite often dispatch the same day with very quick delivery,Everything has been well packed and I will definitely be ordering again

When i orignally wrote this review it was 5 stars and A+ customer service, but since then, I have to downgrade to 3 stars and give a D for customer service.

I originally purchased the trio of Nicola Plant Pots on Amazon, but on arrival one of the pots was not in its own box and so arrived smashed. As the Amazon automated system did not work, I contacted Rinkit directly. In no time at all the problem was addressed and a new pot was on its way. Great.

Unfortunately a few days later when I unpacked the rest of the original order, I found another pot was broken, even though it was in its own well secured box. This time when I contacted Rinkit (using the same email thread as my prevous experience with them), I received a cut and paste reply, which was that I had to go through Amazon. Although I explained the Amazon problem and uploaded screenshots to prove my point, no reply was forthcoming. I have now given up as I have lost the will to live.

So out of three pots, two arrived broken and one was replaced with no hassle. It would seem that if Marija answers your email, the response is great, but if Dragan answers your email, it is a cut and paste reply with an I dont care attitude.

It is a shame as the pots are great (I had ordered three of them the year before and was very happy hence the repeat order). Although I mentioned this and included photos, there was no reply.

I had never heard of the company . This is now my second order . Quality is great . I had a problem with delivery not Rinkit . Their customer service is amazing they fixed the problem even though it was the couriers fault . You won’t be dissapointed

Recently, I bought some Duralex glasses at Rinkit's website. The order was on the way on the same day, with delivery of the parcel within four days, this whilst living in a remote area.

On delivery, an item was broken. I contacted customer services, and within an hour a replacement item was on the way.

Overall rating: price, customer services, delivery, quality of products, good to excellent. I would say: cannot be better...

Rinkit spotted my delivery had disappeared with DHL - contacted me and offered to redeliver - within a couple of days Evri (I know some people don’t rate them ) had them delivered and the packaging and quality of the frames is very good. Very happy with the frames and service!

I received the wrong item, I emailed them with the issue. Shortly afterwards I received a very apologetic email. They resolved the issue without hesitation. I could keep the wrong items for free and correct items were posted on that day. I was very impressed at how smoothly and quickly the process was sorted out

Rinkit's dipped mugs are beautiful pieces of design and perfect for cold mornings to cup one's hands around. My latest purchase was for a backup set to ensure I'll continue to enjoy these through any mishaps. I really appreciated the personal attention of Dragan, Victorija and Maria who very decisively - within days - replaced one of the mugs which didn't quite make it through the dipping process as intended. No fuss whatsoever. I have my eye on some delicious looking indigo teacups & saucers next...
