Excellent customer service. I ordered 4 bar stools and unfortunately one was lost in transit. My query was responded to within 15 minutes and a new bar stool was sent out and arrived in less than 48 hours. Huge shout out to Ana who arranged this swiftly and was very considerate and polite!

Great prices, quick delivery, good communication. And, when some glasswear arrived broken, they sent out replacement within 12hrs of initial complaint. Excellent customer service.

Sent Rinkit a message about a product that had failed 6 months after purchase. Replacement received the next day, with no fuss.

Excellent company for homewares and garden stuff. Customer care is Excellent. They replaced a broken glass with a new set within 3 days. I have had a few house and garden things. All sturdy and good quality. No flimsy rubbish. I find their prices competitive too having compared them with other sellers.

I have made a few previous purchases from this company as the quality and price are both unbeatable.

Great product great delivery time. Their was an issue with courier service with a breakage. Was rectified within an hour replacement arriving next day . Fantastic customer service great company I buy their glass saver top in every colour highly recommend.

Purchased some lovely glass ware from them, unfortunately a few were broken in transit emailed customer service and they were so helpful, and got some replacements shipped straight out to me.

Customer care was fantastic, my issue was resolved immediately.

I have shopped with Rinkit for a few years now for supplies for my small craft business. The quality has always been exceptional for a very reasonable price.
I happen to have a couple of damaged items on my last delivery, which I have to say is an exception, however the customer service team sent me replacements with 24hours of me raising the issue. Great customer service and a great company all round

Excellent customer service. I had ordered a tiny dining suction bowl which arrived faulty and they send a replacement out without quibbling and very promptly.
The suction foot in general could do with improvement however - it feels a bit flimsy compared to the sturdiness of the bowl and more sensitive to how it's stored. Will be good to see how it ages.

We had a slight problem with an order and the customer service was really great. They were super quick to reply and resolve the situation. They immediately sent out the missing items. They turned a negative into a positive experience.

My order was processed quickly but unfortunately one of my bowl was damaged in transit.
I contacted Rinkit who responded straight away with an offer of a refund.
Customer service is second to none.

Just bought marble placemats and marble coasters from Rinkit.

The delivery company delivered the boxes looking like they'd been run over and dropped from a tall building, and the coasters were nowhere to be seen. One of the placemats was, unfortunately, not right either.

But a quick email to Rinkit and a timely reply (on a Sunday evening, no less!) and it was all going to be sorted out.

I now have everything I ordered (they used a different delivery company second time around) in the time it would've taken other companies to have delivered it the first time. They're very fast and very helpful and will definitely look to use them again.

I ordered a set of glass table mats and coasters. One may had a mark in it and one of the coasters was smashed. Contacted Rinkit and was amazed how quickly they responded. I ordered more of the table mats (coasters were out of stock) and again a couple were marked. They very promptly gave me a partial refund. Superb customer service but unfortunately their packaging isn’t great.
Their pricing is excellent, much better buying from them directly than via Amazon or eBay as they offer better prices
