I have to post a review again: The customer service people are arrogant and dont answer. I have been going back and forth with this company in 3 months now for a pair of joggers!!! Guys: especially internationally : STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very responsive staff. Followed up on status of order and received prompt reply after usiness hours heading into a weekend. Not a "bot", but rather a human touch. Makes a difference in today's online madness!

I am so very impressed with the personal attention that Rise gives to their customers! I placed an order on Saturday night for one grandson and a couple of hours later another of my grandsons told me he wanted shirts from Rise. I contacted them and asked if the two additional shirts could be added to the 1st order. Immediately I received a reply (on a weekend) that yes they would be happy to add to the order. It is now Sunday night and the order is completed and ready to be filled and shipped! I was so very pleased with the help I received with the order, and apparently my grandsons love their products! So I am giving Rise a top-notch review! Thank you!

Rise's customer service has been nothing but helpful and fast. When I needed clarification on my lever belt's order, I was able to speak to a real person and get any and all of my questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Edwin, specifically, from the Rise team helped me through my order process and answered all the inquiries I had with an amazing degree of enthusiasm. Can't recommend this company for your lifting needs more.

Really the best website to shop lifting gear and clothes, i’ve had a problem cuz i mistake one order but they provide cancelling very quick with an amazing customer service

Just today Black Friday sale, I made a mistake in my order after I have placed my order, the team IMMEDIATELY replied and rectified my order according to my request with lightning fast speed and super user friendly experience. The team's note and reply was professional and went the extra mile of wishing me to stay safe & healthy. It's might not seem much, but that little personal touch was heartwarming and shows the team's passion behind the brand.

Besides the great eComm experience, the products are of quality and at a reasonable price. I've used Rise gear for years without any issue and my friends/trainer at the gym always ask me where I got them.

I can personally vouch for Rise, the team behind it care about their customers and their products, and as long as this stays true, I'll be shopping at their store for many years to come.

If I could rate this company a 0 star I would.
I ordered one of their weightlifting belts and they sent me the wrong size so I returned it and they were out of stock of the correct size. They denied me a refund when I asked for it. So I asked for store credit and I placed the order of other merch with the store credit and I haven’t received a shipping number till this day.
Been going at it with this terrible company that just stole my money for over 2 months now.

High praise to the customer service team with Rise, purchased a shirt and shorts, didn’t quite fit comfortably, they helped with sizing and made the whole exchange process for different items super easy. Never mind the high quality items, they’ve gained a long term customer for top notch customer service alone.
