Accidentally put in wrong postcode do my coffee was on the way to a non-existent location so I emailed Rise to sort it out. They quickly resolved it and had a new package sent to me immediately. They were excellent at communicating the new change of delivery.

Now they coffee. I Got the Honduras blend which smells incredible( like caramel ) and tasted great.

Definitely going to have to recommend them.

Excellent coffee every time, incredible variety in both flavours and source. The occasional (I think it's one per box) free goodies are a nice treat too.

Additionally, the customer service is above and beyond. I had a situation due to moving home and their handling was speedy, helpful, and clear.

Such a wonderful concept! I love Rise coffee, since I started ordering their coffee I stopped adding milk to my coffee as the coffee tastes so good the milk just overshadows the taste. They are quick to get back to you and are really friendly :) I definitely recommend if you'd like to get some good quality coffee delivered at your doorstep.

This is an amazing twist to homemade morning coffee. It's always really exciting to receive the box and read about the coffee. They have been really helpful when I asked for decaf coffee.

Bought a subscription as a Christmas present for a family member. Was so easy to do and they are great at keeping you informed what stage the order is at.
Fantastic coffee and fantastic customer service. Went out of their way to quickly help me with a problem that was absolutely not their fault.
Would highly recommend them and will definitely use again.

This coffee box subscription has been fantastic, everything is perfect. We love the fact it is different roasters across the UK and have loved every box.

Coffee was mediocre at best. I tried to be polite about it but this is the reason I unsubscribed. I unsubscribed following their instructions over one month ago and I just got billed. No way to get in touch with them. Absolute scam.
