Never used a recruitment agency before but Rise called me after applying for a job through them on Indeed. Ben was really useful and explained the job role, how it would suit my skillset and then checked in at each stage to make sure things were on track. He also provided some interview prep which helped me secure the job and is continuing to assist with the final steps to get me onboarded.
