Hi Catheryn hope you are well today we have scanned our records and can confirm you bought a Volkswagen Golf Plus in September last year which had covered over 160000 miles. We still gave you a warranty for the engine and gear box for 3 months. You made a call on Saturday and spoke to one of the sales members and mentioned your car has developed an oil leak. You were advised that you are now out of warranty but how ever we can have the vehicle repaired at a cost. You were also advised not to drive the vehicle if it has no engine oil and take to the nearest garage to your self. We do take all our customer feedback on board but on this occasion i think 1 star review is pretty harsh as you have had the vehicle over 3 months and not gave our garage a chance to help you.
What a great place
Can’t fault this place just got a car from here and the customer service is brilliant, nice and easy no hassle, car is spotless and easy test drive and deposit paid quick and easy couldn’t recommend them enough.

My first car purchase
Purchased my first car from here. Travelled from outside of the area to collect. When I arranged a viewing I was asked to pay a deposit to hold the car. Rash was aware that we were travelling and advised he we have everything ready for us upon arrival so we could test drive it and also drive away the same day if we
were happy. We arrived at the garage and the car hadbeen valeted and serviced and was ready to take on the test drive. The customer service was excellent and i am very happy with my first car.

Got my car from here last week, really happy with the experience and it has a service completed before I picked it up which I appreciated. You can also take your car there for servicing and repairs if you’re close so it’s like a one stop shop

Very helpful, top service
Rash was very helpful and made the buying process very easy. He serviced and replaced the cambelt before i purchased to make sure the car was in top condition. I am super happy with my new TT, couldn't recommend Rishton auto care enough :)
