I ordered a necklace for my wife around the holidays. I was promised delivery by Christmas. Annia from customer service kept me informed and the gift arrived on time. Fast forward to February. The necklace broke near the clasp. Again Annia took care of me. Necklace repaired and returned in one week. My wife adores this necklace and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service.
NOT A DIAMOND NO RESPONSE FROM RITANI
Ring came and the setting was not what was ordered. Took it to a jeweler and a Gemologist inspected it and diamond tested it. NOT a Diamond. over $3000.00 and it is NOT a diamond. Called, emailed. NO response from company. Last email came back undeliverable. Phone number just rings no answer not voice message option. Please people, be VERY careful. This site BEWARE. ****site posted reply to review for me to contact them. I did reach out, numerous times to return and they do not reply. Instead they posted in trustpilot.****

Incorrect ring band, but......
I just received my FedEx box from Ritani and was so excited to open it only to find out the order was incorrect. I was very disappointed. I immediately emailed and called. It's the holidays so they sent me to voicemail, but Laura H did call me right back and she was able to get me a return label quickly, and advised she would do her best to expedite my exchange. The mistake turned out to be mine, but the website made it a bit confusing, regardless, Laura helped me and hopefully can get my ring back quickly.

I bought a diamond for my daughter-in-law’s ring. I got great value and an excellent buying experience. The website is great and email notifications keeps me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Ritani.

We bought a Ratani wedding set very…
We bought a Ratani wedding set very expensive with lifetime warranty.
We had stones falling out right away and bought it back to the jeweler we bought it through who sent it into Ritani .
Rattani ended up recasting the ring due to cracks under the Halo from bad casting.
Before they sent the new one back they let the jeweler know there was another bad casting and they would have to recast again and would be another couple weeks.
We finally got the ring back and it was beautiful, fast fwd 18 months. More stones falling out and cracks under the Halo.
We repeat the process of bringing it to the jeweler we got it through , who sends it back to Ratani .
1) Ratani says it’s where and tear now and they won’t warranty it this time.
2) Ratani comes back and says that they won’t warranty because the wedding set was soldered ( soldered exactly how it was the first time they warranty it)
They also kept are warranty cards that were sent in with the ring.
When asked about this, they say we don’t use them anymore. Then also say they never received them with the ring.
We have had multiple unbiased jewelers look at the ring after Ratani accused us of damaging it. The jewelers all said BAD CASTING without knowing the background story.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable ring.
I received the wrong ring size
I received the wrong ring size. When I called to have it sized they wanted to charge me a fee of $65.
I instead decided to return the ring due to poor customer support and care for the satisfaction of their customers. Definitely not the luxury experience you’d like when making such a big purchase.
Ritani is poor quality
I was gifted a 2-carat white gold diamond studs from RITANI who also appraised them for $2,695. However, I own 3 other pairs of real diamond studs. So, I thought I would give the Ritani pair back with their buyback program. Being that I have never worn them and they were recently purchased. I was told by Ritani, via email, that their own diamond does not meet the standard of their diamond buyback program! How are they claiming that their diamonds are quality, but they do not meet their own diamond standards???? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Disorganized and unreliable
The first few times I purchased some thing from here, my experience was fine. But my last experience has been a chaotic s**tshow. Their delivery dates have not been accurate, they sent me emails saying the item had already been delivered which it hadn't. Then they told me it would get delivered but then when I pushed back I found out they didn't even have the item. Honestly, I would probably stay away from this company because they seem highly disorganized and not at all well run.
Would not fulfill a fully paid for order
I placed an order online, checked out and paid via PayPal. A few minutes later I received an email from Phil saying that there was a pricing error and if I wanted the order I had to pay $50 more.
This was my 3rd order with the company since December, when I bought my wife diamond studs. They don't care about repeat customers or understand the lifetime value of a customer. They burned me as a customer who had already spent $3K with them over their $50 mistake.
Horrible experience with Ritani
Horrible experience with Ritani. My boyfriend got me diamond hoop earrings for Christmas. On the first night wearing them, one of the earrings fell out of my ear and was lost. We paid for a replacement earring to be sent. When it arrived, I noticed how much weaker the original earring closure was compared to the replacement. Unfortunately the stones in the earrings didn’t match, so I needed to return them in order to get them to match. When I called customer service I also told them about the weakened closure and that I thought this lead to losing the initial earring. I asked for them to please assess the old earring and strengthen the closure. Just received the earrings yesterday, and although the stones now match, they did absolutely nothing to fix the closure on the original earring.

My experience was awesome. I ordered a wedding band that was delivered within a week and it is STUNNING. The customer service team was quick, thorough, and pleasant. I would definitely buy from this brand again.
Very unprofessional behavior
Unfortunately my experience with Ritani is the worst i could possibly have…
Even though a girl working there sounded very sweet and eager to help on the first phone call, it was pretty obvious afterwards that she didn’t follow through on anything! Imagine they treated me that way and i was a customer who place back to back 3 orders, giving them more that $20k in a week!!!
I have asked them to send me a cost estimate that took them almost a month and a half to prepare.
They never replied to the emails i sent them and their unprofessionalism is on another level.
I wouldn’t recommend Ritani to anyone put there. Go spend your money on a company that would respect you as a customer.

I had never ordered from Ritani before and after doing a lot of research, decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did. I ordered two different lab diamond rings so I could make a decision between the two of them. Both rings were beautiful. I wish I could have kept them both. To return the one, I chatted with Laura, who was amazing to work with. Quick response time. No hassle. I recommend them highly.

I had to return my engagement ring. 😩
I had to return my engagement ring to Ritani since it was a huge disappointment. The ring setting looked crooked and poorly made. I also came to find out later that I was over-charged for the diamond! I know this because the engagement ring that my fiance and I subsequently bought from Blue Nile has a diamond of the same carat size and quality (slightly better, actually) and was less expensive! My advice? Avoid Ritani; their quality assurance stinks, and they will rip you off.
Juliet, saved my Christmas. Personally I'm a customer forever
All I can say is my personal experience was amazing! Juliet, personally saved my Christmas. I purchased a pair of loose diamonds to have set into earrings. The Thursday before Christmas I found out one of the diamonds was unavailable. Juliet, was able to find me a matching pair of loose diamonds, never even better than the ones I had picked out, had to mounted and on my doorstep the following day. The customer service was unbelievable. I will forever be grateful for Juliet in all her hard work she put in to help me give my girlfriend an amazing Christmas gift.
Customer Service and Delivery Expectations Poor
My original order came a week late, customer service never gave me a proper timeline every time I reached out (about 6 times). Finally, when it came I was disappointed in the custom setting so opted to have it reset with a regular setting from their inventory. After I sent it back and paid the additional money for the new setting, 3 weeks went by and no update. It's now been 5 weeks and the last email I received from customer service was that it should be here yesterday, which did not happen. I cant tell you how their product is yet but I can tell you that they cannot manage customers expectations properly so if you are trying to make plans around a big engagement, I wouldn't go with this brand as it is inconsistent and never on time.
