The team at Rivanna is great. We've been using them for many years for awards. They are always responsive, very helpful and deliver an amazing product. And we got it faster than we anticipated.

We wanted to have a few awards to present at an event. It was a slightly short timeline, and they gave recommendations for when to submit to avoid any rush fees. In addition, we also ran into some address/delivery issues. However, the team was more than willing to accommodate and adjust to the challenge, and as a result, we were able to receive the awards on time! And the awards looked great!

Smooth communication with quick turnaround.

Rivanna did our art glass "trophies" again this year for the 5th year in a row. The pieces are beautiful, and Gretchen and Cynthia are excellent to work with. We've gone from 2 pieces the first year to 12 this year.
