I ordered this hear shaped etched image…
I ordered this hear shaped etched image of my family together with a happy mothers day engraved on it and it arrived the next day. Was well worth it for an extra 12 bucks to get it done so quickly. I was expecting towards the end of the week but was super impressed by how quickly they work and the quality. As a added bonus they through in a heart shaped key chain with the same image on it. Quality work and amazing turn around. I almost thought because of the pricing it was too good to be true and worried about my money but nope. Got a tracking number the same afternoon I placed the order. Great Job guys!

3 stars. Reason why, I just ordered the gift. For how small it is, it’s pretty pricey. And I haven’t received it yet to have a better view of it. So the star rating could stay the same or become less.
Update: two days later from ordering, the items were delivered. That was very fast and unexpected. I didn’t opt for the fastest either. And the items are nice and packaging was cared for. Thank you.

I emailed this company because google…
I emailed this company because google stated that they were located in Kings Plaza Mall. They are not located in the mall. I emailed them my picture and the words that I had wanted. The picture was a perfect replica of the original. The space in between the lines were too close at first, but they immediately made the adjustments. The finished product was amazing. There delivery time was fast and I feel that the price was affordable.

I don’t even know where to begin
I don’t even know where to begin. I’m pleased with so many things about this company, their attention to detail and level of enhancement to really make my image come to life in their crystal. I had such an obscure order and I genuinely had doubts that my vision would be matched, and these folks really went beyond my expectations. The also delivered exactly within the timeframe promised. Honoring a promise is my literal love language hahaha! I’m a huge critic of quality controls and communication. I need assurance that if something doesn’t look right, I have some recourse, and I’m pleased to see that I was working with real people and not just a factory somewhere in the eastern hemisphere with zero support structure.
I’d recommend this company to anyone. You folks have set a high bar, and I want to send my thanks from Texas. Great, great, great job!!
