Sometimes the website is difficult to navigate if you want to delete item and replace. You need to start all over again. Otherwise I have always been very happy with the finished product. Everyone has loved them.

Amazing works of art and helpful customer service
I have used 3DCrystal several years ago and thought of them for a special gift for my friend.
The website is easy to use with the option to upload your image and receive a preview of the crystal you have chosen. I was fortunate to receive a discount code at this point.
I did however have some difficulty completing the order as the system was not processing my request. I emailed the company with my issue and the incredibly helpful Johnsey assisted me through each step with processing the order via email. I was sent a preview of item, full detailed correspondence of the processing system and was able to pay via PayPal. I received invoice and order confirmation via email.
A massive thank you to Johnsey and I look forward to receiving another work of art from this company.
