I want to revise my review. 3D Crystal did reach out to me, and they sent me the missing heart keychain right away. I just received it. It is as amazing as the main purchase (3D photo block). The keychain looks so good and is so cute! I would recommend 3D Crystal to anyone. Great quality, fast delivery, awesome customer service. I am giving 5 of 5 even though I find the ordering process still weird as mentioned below.

I find the ordering process weird. I know I had the free crystal heart keychain in my cart, even customized, but I did not receive it. Now looking into my order the free gift is not on the order anymore. Don't understand why it disappeared. Very disappointed. Also, the 3 D preview was just black. However, the main purchase, the 3D crystal photo is amazing. I am happy to write a review about the purchased item itself, but this review is about my experience with 3DCrystal.

The 3D Photo Crystal was just beautiful! The picture came out so well. It was nicely packed and I really liked the base, too. The order was shipped quickly, too.

The order process was great! You can design and view your item before ordering which is important. The only thing is the sizing. You’re given the size but it’s hard to truly imagine how the product will look once made.
I guess I’ll find out when I receive it and will update if possible.

Well my son had one made for his dog and it’s totally awesome and very very pretty!! I love love it!! My other son’s dog passed away so I’m ordering this for him. Very beautiful

Was told that the product would be here by the 21st of this month. It is a birthday present for a lady for the 22nd. It will not arrive until the 26th. So very unacceptable. Will never purchase from this company again.

This is my second purchase, Pearl was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I had lost my keyring of myself and my husband who had recently passed away. I was absolutely devastated. Pearl was able to quickly find my previous order and recreate the keyring and sent it out quickly. The quality of the design is fantastic and I would highly recommend. The customer service is beyond what I have ever experienced before.
