A fuir +++. Escroquerie sur le produit commandé qui ne correspond pas du tt a l’image du site. Malgré mes relances quant à mon mécontentement, on me propose uniquement une promo pour ma prochaine commande qui n’existera jamais! Pas du tout commerçant.

VORSICHT!!!!! Ich rate jedem ab bei diesem Händler zu kaufen. Es gibt komplett falsche Ware. Habe zum Beispiel eine Herbstjacke bestellt für ca. 62€ und eine Joggingjacke für ca. 10€ bekommen. Kundenservice gleich null. Lieferung hat mehr als 3 mal so lange gedauert wie angegeben und auf Anfrage sind immer Ausreden gekommen um Zeit zu gewinnen. Zur falsch Lieferung und angehängten Fotos, wurde mir rotzfrech gesagt, daß es doch diese Jacke sei welche ich bestellt habe. Die Rücksendung (Rücksendekosten ca. 50€) nach China soll ich selber tragen und werden nicht erstattet. Bleiben knapp 12€ von den ca. 62€ Erstattung übrig. Aber auch nur, wenn der Händler der Meinung ist, daß die Ware einwandfrei und ordnungsgemäß wieder zurück gekommen ist. Im schlimmsten Fall, bin ich dann die Jacke los, wenn ich diese weg schicke, und die 62€ und noch mal 50€ Versand.

Quality very bad. Refund super expensive due to shipping to china. Size is way to small even if you take one size up like recommended.

Ich kann nur davor warnen. Kleidung ist billigste Ware. Rücksendung nicht möglich. Wenn auf eigene Kosten nach China. Etikette wurden vor dem Versand herausgeschnitten. Jedoch genau das Vorhandensein wird als Rücksendevoraussetzung gefordert. Hände weg!

Meine Bestellung von vor 2 Wochen ist immer noch nicht geliefert. Der Kundenservice reagiert auf keine Email.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!! Never in my life have I ever received an order from a so called “company” as bad as this one. Ordered a dress that took 2 weeks to come to find out it’s being delivered from China. Once I opened the package there was no branding on the packaging, the quality of the dress was WORSE! than a children’s dress up outfit! I can’t believe “company’s” like this are able to trade. To top it off I was offered a £5 refund phahahaha. The clothes are advertised as premium which is false advertisement and no warning about where the origin of the order is shipped from. I will be having a refund in full!!!!!

The dress was described as 100 per cent cotton but was very cheap polyester. It also took several weeks to arrive.

A fuir. Ce site se dit basé à Utrecht mais ce n est qu une boite aux lettres. Les articles arrivent de Chine et doivent être expédiés ĺà bas avec des frais postaux exorbitants en cas de retour. Y compris quand l article reçu n est pas cellui commandé. Une pure arnaque !!!

Als ich die Bestellung aufgab, habe ich online nachgeschaut, wo ich mein Geld ausgeben würde. Dort stand, dass sich der Artikel in den Niederlanden befindet. Hätte ich gewusst, dass er aus China kommt, hätte ich ihn niemals bestellt, denn die Rücksendung kostet mich jetzt 51 Euro. Wenn ich ihn behalte, zahle ich 62 Euro für etwas, das ich nicht tragen kann, weil es zu klein ist.

I ordered a pair of genuine leather flat sandals and a 100% linen standard button down shirt.
I received neither. The shirt looks nothing like the one I ordered. The shirt I ordered had long sleeves. This one is cut off at my elbows and flares out. There is also a slit up half the back and there are two grommet holes in it. It came with a tie to close the back. And to top it off, it is a far cry from linen as the tag reads 100% polyester.
The sandals are not leather, but plastic and they are way too wide. I am so disappointed that I have been taken advantage of this way. I will never order from this site again and I recommend you don’t either.

First red flag: was taking too long to arrive. Second red flag: tracking originates in China. Third red flag: package finally arrives in an empty plastic bag with no branding and secondhand packaging. Fourth red flag: the AUD 99 'merino wool' garment has no size label, no care label, no fabric label - nothing at all. Doesn't feel like wool and is definitely not wool. Fifth red flag: Company address is in Netherlands but returns go to China. This is a scam and I'll be reporting to the Australian authorities.

Cheap, poor quality polyester blouses which are hugely over priced and take long delivery from China. Return costs to China were £25.98 for two lightweight blouses. Beware, of this company and think carefully before purchasing.

Awful! Waited over 3 weeks for delivery from China. Customer service is AI. No phone numbers. Very low quality item. And returns have to be paid for by the buyer and sent back to China!
Do not buy from this company.

bestellt wurden 2 Shirts aus 100 % Leinen am 27.4.2026.Angegeben wurden max. 7-9 Tage bis zur Lieferung, zugestellt wurde die Ware am 15.5.2026, bist zur Abholung zum eigentlichen Versand sind 6 Tage vergangen, wie soll so der Lieferplan eingehalten werden ?
Erhalten habe ich Shirts aus einem Mischgewebe Polyester/Baumwolle ! , meine Reklamation wurde ca. 8 Tage immer mal wieder mit kleinen 15-25€ Gutscheinen garniert, dann wird 3 Tage überhaupt nicht geantwortet, erst als der Fall bei paypal landet, reagiert diese Firma, allerdings wieder mit Hinhaltetaktik, mein Verständnis zu anständigen Geschäften ist ein anderes. Kann hier nicht zu einem Kauf raten, die Firma soll in den Niederlanden ansässig sein, die Geschäftsadresse ist allerdings in Hongkong !
Tatsächlich die übliche Standardantwort erhalten, es gibt nichts mehr zu besprechen, da paypal den Fall zu meinen Gunsten beendet hat und das innerhalb kurzer Zeit.

I would give zero stars if possible! This company is in Ciba NOT the Netherlands!! Do NOT shop here, they are fraudsters! I received completely different shoes (colour & cut) from what i ordered, then proceeded to gaslight, saying ' after careful review of the pictures sent, they can confirm i received the product i ordered ?!?!? They want me to ship the shoes to China so they can review a potential refund!! Its going to cost over $100 to ship theses plastic shoes to China in hope of getting an $80 refund ?? I wish i could upload the pcos to show you..

I'm very suspicious of these reviews. The first one is at the end of March - just a month and a half ago, and they all sound like they were written by the same person.
I've been caught twice on fake but good looking websites after not checking reviews. I checked a website recently and found it had a long list of one star reviews for drop shipping poor quality items and not refunding, and it also had four early 5 star reviews, and they all sounded just like these ones.

The pieces feel thoughtful, not just trendy. I like that it’s stylish without screaming for attention. The stitching looks clean and nothing feels rushed or cheaply made. I just wish I ordered two colors the first time cause now I’m going back anyway.
