Support helped me to refund a 50$ transaction
I bought a second card with initial deposit of 400$ and it is still pending for weeks. Support does not answer, I consider my money GONE
-- Support contacted me and calls me a LIAR. But I have EVIDENCE (on-chain transaction and it even shows in their own dashboard)
Update: After 3 weeks the Card is still "Pending" and I cannot access it. Support does not answer.
