After booking the India flight tickets for the rest of my family through Riya Travels last month, I wanted to book the tickets for myself last week. I talked to the agent to see if I can get the same flight as my family, but he couldn't provide a good price and said nothing cheaper is available. When I checked online, I found a better deal on as online travel site and booked it. Later when I told Riya Travels agent that since you couldn't give me anything better, I booked my tickets through another site where the tickets were cheaper, he did not like it. He argued with me that I should've talked to him before booking and was blaming me for not doing it. When I talked to him earlier, he clearly said that it was the best available tickets he could get me, why should I call him back to talk about some better option that I found online? Totally unprofessional, rude and very bad customer service.

I was very lucky to get a wonderful travel agent Ms. Laboni. From my first Inquiry to the seat selection I was highly impressed with her service, in every single steps. She was very detail, prompt & knowledgeable. The best thing about Riya travels is they can beat the ticket price from anywhere else and they have great stuffs. Ms. Laboni didn't forget to mention any important information, she even helped me to choose child meal for my kids, wow!! I needed to book tickets for my elderly parents (in-laws) and we were quite late in doing so as the trip was planned without much prior planning. Syed A Vathuth from Riya Travels did a good job. He was very courteous and helpful. He left no stone unturned and looped back to make sure I was completely satisfied. We also got a fair price for the ticket. He followed up once the ticket was booked with the confirmation email and checked again to determine whether our parents had any special needs (which is when I requested for wheel-chair assistance and he was kind enough to add that to the order as well). Thank God for sending Syed to take care of this for us.

This is the worst agency ever I will never ever and ever and I repeat ever buy a ticket from them again, they ripped me off and I'm very disappointed at the result, the person that booked the ticket for me lied about the whole ticket I literally had to pay for food in the air plane, who does that I'll make sure that all my friends know that this company is a lie, like literally it took me 22 hours to go from Dallas to Switzerland he lied to me he didn't tell me I had to stop two different airports to get there and I had to pay for my food in the air plane which is the Canadian I'm very diassapointed at them, and I still leave on July 1 to Jordan and I found out I have to stop in Dubai for a day, and on top of that I'm a diabetic and my blood sugars dropped and almost went threw a coma because they didn't give me food I'm very very very disappointed, I just want everyone to know that I almost went threw a lot from my diabetes because of this travel agancy that lied to me. My name is Uday Rashad and my American number is 469-422-1958 and I wish there was someone I can actually talk to and complain but no one even cares about anything, all they did was take my money and didn't care about anything, then when I wanted to call them to help me to fix my ticket they asked me to pay another 300 dollars and to pay for a first class difference ticket what a rip off.
