RM cycles are fantastic
RM cycles are fantastic. I brought a pivot vault for £2500 that cost £8000 new and it looked like it hadn't been ridden! Needed to put fresh sealant in the tyres and that was it. Brilliant service, excellent communication and a delivery company that actually delivers to the correct house instead of leaving it three streets away and taking a picture of a bush for proof of delivery. 😳 A company these days are only as good as the delivery company they use, and I have nothing to fault. A great experience from start to finish. A++++

Useless
Useless, sent an obviously wrong item, wanted me to send it back, then I had to ask to have the postage refunded. Thry wouldn't send the correct item until I sent the wrong item back. Sent it bk then they refunded the whole thing, didn't even send me the correct item.

Faulty bike delivered
Faulty bike delivered - brake pad could not be adjusted due to frame issue. It could not be repaired without frame replacement, so I took it back. Three weeks have passed for this to be sorted out. I collected the replacement bike, which again had a fault I didn't notice when collecting (bike seat adjustment knob) so I had to repair that at my cost in a local shop. While the price was good (bike was discounted as it has been on the shop floor) overall service was poor - I would not recommend this shop.

Hi Dusan, we're very sorry you didn't have a good experience with uson this occassion. Before we send any bike out we do unbox it, build it, and thoroughly test it, before we re-box it to a higher standard than the manufacturer. Sadly this doens't mean that it can't get knocked and damaged in transit. As for the replacement bike having a fault, we would have been mopre than happy to get this sorted but I can't see any correspondence about the second issue. As you can see from our other trustpilot reviews we take our customer service responisbilites very seriously, please do get in touch about the second issue and we will see what we can do to turn you into a (reasonable) happy customer.
Cannondale 2022 Synapse Frame and Fork set.
My old 2019 Cannondale Synapse frame developed a crack in the down tube. As I love the Synapse geometry I wanted another frame and fork set. Did the usual online search and found exactly what I wanted on RM Cycles, with £300 off the RRP. The purchase procedure was seamless and my frame arrived in less than 5 working days. I was kept up to date throughout the shipping process and my frame arrived well protected and with no damage to the exterior packaging. Everything I needed for cable routing etc was included. I highly recommend this retailer.

New bike day!
Easy to use website and simple ordering process.
Communication was first class and everything happened as RM said it would. My new bike had been set up as much as possible with just wheels and handlebar for me to install. It was then extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The courier used was also excellent. I exchanged a couple of follow up emails and they were professional, friendly and supportive. Everything you could want from a bike shop!

Bought a Giant Defy Advanced Pro from these guys, and got it shipped to Notts. Couldn’t be happier with the service - they chatted to me about the bike on the phone, gave me an awesome deal, and it arrived in 2 days really nicely protected and set up tubeless ready and everything. Would 100% recommend them - and will likely get my wife’s next bike from them too.
