This company signs you up for automatically renewing any products you order, without your knowing it. Then when you fill out a return request, their computer ignores it. Their phone line, which may be fake, has no one to return calls. I had to write the CEO to get a response and send the products back at my own expense. A rip off

Scam company. Never received my order and had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I did like this company I still have not received my order and now they partially refunded me for the one product that motivated me to make the whole order in the first place. The communication has been poor and I’m really dissatisfied and because I really not sure if I will receive the products I thought I had purchased previously.

I still haven’t received my order!! Customer service did not reply to my query, don’t spend your money with this company!!

RMS Beauty has no customer service. I made a mistake entering my address and no one to help. Of course they take your money haha. I’ve tried and tried but they have lied and ignore me. I hear their products are average so I will take the loss and move on.

This company does not seem legit. I made a purchase and waited for shipping info. I finally found a way to look at the order. It showed I owe $.02 more, then it would not allow me to pay the extra 2 cents. No communication from them. No way to contact them. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Update: they shipped the item after all. Overpriced but in good condition. Terrible customer service.

This is a company that sells organic beauty products. Hit or Miss. I spent a lot of money on their brow pencil powder and mascara. The worst. Or maybe I got a bad batch? The mascara bled everywhere and feels cheap as it clumps eyelashes. The brow pencil and powder is either old stock or poorly made as it just crumbled and the brush doesn't work! Have tried to call email them but once again no phone and no email as they say turnaround to answer 48 hours but never answer. Shows they do not care about customers. This is really fraudulent as they charge a lot for these products. Once they are in customer's hands they do not follow up if problem. Buyer Beware as this company only cares about making money. Good Luck if you have a problem. Many more reputable company's that care for their customers!

As a woman of a certain age I have used most of the products out there. I was using mineral powders, however, they began to dry out my skin and I never found the right color for my complexion. Until RMS!
I started using the Un Cover Creme Foundation. I AM HOOKED. This makeup is great! It's clean and full of essential oils. Great for my skin. I don't even use concealer. RMS Beauty THANK YOU!
