Jeff, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Having traveled to multiple Olympics with us, we particularly appreciate your insights and value hearing from you. We’re glad that you and your family enjoyed interacting with our host staff. They also mentioned that they enjoyed the time they spent with your family, sharing drinks and conversation at the Hotel Principe di Savoia when you arrived. I know from your Paris Summer Games experience, how much you enjoyed the Roadtrips Hospitality nights that we often have major events. For this event, due to the disparate schedules of guests we chose to run one-on-one hospitality as an alternative and we’re sorry that that wasn’t as enjoyable for you as your past group hospitality experiences. You also mentioned that it would have been nice if our staff would have accompanied your family to one of your earlier events. Although that’s not a set inclusion in our packages, our host teams often do just that and are willing to ride along as needed when it’s helpful for guests’ experiences or for guests to gain comfort with getting to events. We will try and make sure that we make the offer more proactively to you on a future trip.

Trip of a lifetime!
So happy I used Roadtrips for this experience! Kris, Vanessa, and Jeff took such great care of us through the planning process, and were on site at our hotel every day to answer questions and provide assistance any way we needed. The staff
The staff, Kate at headquarters was extremely responsive.
Jeff, Vanessa and Rafael were amazing: from the moment they met us at the door upon our arrival at the hotel to Vanessa meeting us at 4 am on our departure and everything in between . The hotel Chateau Monfort was magical and the staff A plus.

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely misleading all around, did not deliver on expectation at all. Extremely disappointed, would never recommend, please save your money (they will SIGNIFICANTLY overcharge you - not a regular and expected mark-up, actively mislead about the product and the service). RUN and find some nice people who are competent and pleasant to deal with

It’s unfortunate that we were not able to provide your fiancée’s group with complimentary ticket upgrades for the Super Bowl this past Sunday. His Bachelor Party group that you purchased the package for were great to deal with on the ground. They appeared to have a great time at the Game and were highly complimentary of our host team’s service. Alex from our host team shared that a number of participants in the group gave very positive comments to our hosts. As we relayed to you in our many communications, seating is guaranteed within certain sections (and was provided as such) and is contracted early to ensure ticket authenticity. While we do endeavour to provide upgrades when possible, we are not able to ‘play the market’ in the final days ahead of the event to provide no charge upgrades and so we apologize for being unable to meet your request for that. However we would point out that all parts of your package were fully delivered as promised and at the agreed rate. We always strive to make our communication and invoices clear and after multiple reviews were are confident that they were for this trip.

Our trip to London and the Wimbledon…
Our trip to London and the Wimbledon Tennis Championships was absolutely amazing ! Our accomodations at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL in Westminster were really nice and the location even better as it put us right in the heart of everything . It was a joy walking around the town of Westminster and taking in the aesthetic beauty of the architecture as we visited the many different places of interest : Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament , London Eye , British Museum , Museum of Natural History , National Gallery and of course Buckingham Palace etc .... The Wimbledon Tennis Championships was absolutely awesome ! The staff at Wimbledon do an excellent job at making the experience truly wonderful . What a gorgeous place to watch the best tennis players in the world compete on the greatest stage ! The place is absolutely beautiful ❤️ The Rooftop Restaurant at the Debenture was quite enjoyable and the staff was wonderful .
Oh ! The seats for the matches were fantastic ! We also had dinner at a few restaurants around town and the food was delicious . We ordered room service on other evenings ; and I must say that the restaurants at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL do a great job ! The staff at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL were truly wonderful .

The trip was well managed
The trip was well managed. The representative was on time and helpful. The only criticism I have is that the hotel (The Park Plaza Westminster) is quite second-rate — more like a run-down Holiday Inn, crowded with people, with staff extremely busy, and an uncomfortable lounge and bars. It was more like a middle-to-cheap Disney Hotel experience. Then again, it's downtown London, and I decided not to stay at the Ritz.

Indy 500 Experience
The guys we met, Alex and Greg were great and very accommodating. We enjoyed ourselves very much, but I thought the price we paid for event was too much. We easily could have scheduled the events ourselves for a great deal less.
