Lizi was helpful
Lizi helped me finally. I have internet and that's the most important for now. What I didn't like is that she told me I hadn't activated the code that I did forsure. But I think there was some technical issue (two package wasn't working together) and I needed to activate promo code and esim once again. It's just a suggestion that please, give info to the employees about as many cases as possible to share better, clear answers to the customers.
