Easy to use, just frustrating that I couldn't make phone calls but worked well all the time.

À FUIR, j'ai disposé d'une offre qui me donnait 25% de réduction pour les prochains achats. J'ai cliqué sur la promotion qui m'était accordée sur l'application et elle disparaît comme par magie ! Le support, l'agent "karabo" est HORRIBLE, comme il ne veut pas m'aider, ils se sont mis à envoyer des captures d'écran qui n'aident en rien à résoudre le problème ! J'ai demandé à changer d'interlocuteur ou parler a un supérieur, elle a fait semblant que ça change de personne et m'a renvoyé un screenshot !!

La pire expérience support utilisateur que j'ai eu de ma vie !!!

Tried KnowRoaming for the first time in Europe due to some advice about certain countries being difficult. eSIM would not work despite trying all the trouble shooting options. Tried everything including restarts. Nothing. Went to another company I used in the past and worked immediately without issue. Tried contacting via website and no response. Not worth it. Go elsewhere

It worked really well. I did not have any issues

The compagny was very helpfull via email to install the e-sim when I arrived on the place of my destination.

So easy to use. I recommend.

I had zero issues with my esim it was so easy to use!

It’s my go-to travel companion! the eSIM has better data than my normal SIM!

So the user experience was not great .

Got granted two free gigs with my travel insurance

Firstly the links were broken on emails
So tried to follow website steps .
After finally installing app and trying to claim it had me buy another sim .

Now I'm sitting eventually with 3 e sims non working

Finally find instructions on apn change and could get 2 of sims to mostly work .

Not as smooth as the esim my spouse had just worked from install and can link purchases to same sim

The Top-Up process of a Data eSim for Turkey that I bought, was attrocious. I was caught with no data in Istanbul. I could not order Uber and I missed 2 paid-for tours. It was an extremely bad experience.

I’ve used KnowRoaming eSIMs on multiple trips this year and the experience has been without issue so far. The setup takes less than two minutes, the instructions are clear, and the connection activates immediately once you land (like the UK, Europe etc.)

Coverage has been strong in every country I’ve used it in so far, and data speeds were fast enough for maps, social media, uploading content, and hotspotting when needed. I also really like that the app shows your usage in real time, so you never have to guess how much data you have left.

Pricing is very fair compared to other eSIM providers, highly recommend.

Trip to Zambia , the sim activated but did not work. disappointing as I paid for the eSIM but did not receive the service.

It didn’t work in Myanmar. I had „KnowRoaming Asia“ including Myanmar, China, Laos, Thailand, Australia, etc. In the other countries it worked fine.

Used 10+ times. Always works well with no activation issues. Reasonable pricing. Will always use them whichever country I go to.

I’ve been using KnowRoaming since the sticker sim days. Easy to connect my e-sim with easy instructions. My e-sim immediately connected to the network in Sri Lanka (where I travelled to this time). No issues with connection to the network throughout my trip. Great service & great product. Would recommend & is recommending KnowRoaming to everyone.

The switch in was seamless, and not complicated at all, had functionality through out , however I missed being able to have a local call direct functionality
