Net2phone was to port 3 numbers from RingCentral. The numbers were ported. After the port, Net2Phone was unable to get messaging working on one of the lines. After 48 hours, we were forced to move to another carrier and Net2phone made that move a challenge. We also found the interface to be a challenge to work with.

Sylvie is great. She made the renewal process so smooth and efficient.

Using Net2Phone's business phone system has been great for our company. The ease of use and flexibility of the system has allowed our company's workforce to easily spread to new locations and grow. Their customer service has also been great, with friendly and prompt responses whenever needed. We look forward to using them for many years to come!

They hung up on me because I was speaking French.

Time Wasted! I waited for over 10 minutes for technical support to pick up my call, I had to hang up without getting the help I needed. This is unacceptable! At least offer a call-back option.

They are really on the ball with their customer service, and the options they have, provide us with flexibility and support. We like to have control over our data, and Net2Phone allows us that control. I have set up my phone system exactly as I expect it to act, and I haven't had any issues!
