Brian & Bob arrived at 9am to remove my old front door, prior to fitting my new Rock door. They worked so hard & so well together that it was fitted completely by 1pm. Brian then made sure I knew how to lock & open my beautiful new door. I am delighted with it. They tided up & hoovered before they left, leaving the hall spotless. I am enjoying having no more droughts, & no more insects finding their way into my hall. The safety issue is also paramount, as I’ve had problems with someone hammering on my old door in the night, wakening me up. I feel very much safer now. Thank you Rock Door.

Bought a rug arrived in plastic with cut on it. Thin cheap and nasty. I had to pay to get in back when hadn’t even opened. Could see and feel through plastic cuts. 32 mails and them having it for 2 weeks fighting to get money. DONT BUY YOU WILL REGRET

I ordered a dog harness and a tag. The tag was not in parcel, I notified Roxka and was asked for photos of parcel which I then sent a photo back . I was then asked for a photo of the back of post bag where itwas meant to have printed inclusion notice which it did not however I keep being told that that the photo hasnt been received by them and now I am blocked. 8 dollars is mall amount but it 1/3 of price I paid .

Lost my old email. Trying to recover old logins. How can i find rock.com email?

Bought a hall table and it's absolutely nothing but rubbish.
Tried emailing and never got any help or response.
Strongly suggest don't buy anything from this store.

I Ordered a Scooter on September 9th to get around with...I haven't received it yet 😭😔.

Knew it was a sucker job when they wanted paid for email.

Really bad service after going from free email service to paid. After paying to access my email account I logged in to find all my emails had been deleted and there were some important ones I was keeping. Looking at other reviews it does seem they were upto some kind of scam. 😤

Everyone that got burned by this store, the theiving owners home address's are 711 Drummond Dr Nashville TN & 9390 Cemetery Rd,
Shreve, OH. Her & her business partners scammed me for thousands. Everyone's email addresses that vanished or people that where blacklisted. This woman & her partners went into our email to search for any financial records to exploit. Address information took over 4 years to figure out. Don't listen to her nonsense about not being a scammer, just being a good mother & being innocent. She will exploit her children & use them as a distraction to throw you off. Her personal net worth is over 1 million from stealing & scamming others. I'm sure she owns many sites like this previous one. Which she sold the URL to Rocket Mortgage for a heafty sum.

If I could give a negative -100% That's how I feel about these crooks ! My email doesn't exsist anymore ! I was charged for $33 per year and had so much trouble accessing it. The take over really sucked. I dealt with it for 3 years. Missed my job , my kids school updates, doctors appointments. Rock.com is now crooks who don't deliver and customer service is of no help. I was still charged for the 4th year without access to my email. I had to call my bank for a refund. YOUR PAGE DOESN'T ROCK. IT KICKS ROCKS !!!!

completely agree, changed my email without notification a month after I renewed and there seems to be no way to recess your account. Crooks do not get involved with these con artists!!!!

I was one of many affected by email transition. Shut account down early without notification. Never got account working right after transition. Cost my company thousands. Ask repeatedly for help or refund for remaining time I had to pre pay for just to be ignored. I can say the worst because in my opinion they have no customer service at all. Internet crooks, they take your money change your account so you cannot access and then are never heard from again despite conti efforts. Crooks bottom line

They totally blocked and Blacklisted my E-mail! Don't know if they hired incompetent workers while the owner splurges the spoils of war! Don't know why, nor was I told otherwise the reasons! Liked the page too! Crazy!

Terrible customer service and snarky responses. Just go to Amazon and save the aggravation.

Ordered shirt and learned standard shipping was nearly $8 added another shirt for shipping to make sense. Received shipping confirmation for both items. Then later received notification they had sold me a short they didn’t have. Refused to refund purchase.

Don't order from rock.com. took over a monrh to receive and customer service was very rude! First and last time i'll order from them!

I don't know what these other people are complaining about. I just got a shipment of 6 t-shirts all on sale for around $9 each. One t-shirt had a seam issue, big hole, emailed co. got a reply back right away, and now getting a replacement without having to send the other one back.This was all resolved within an hour. Great customer service! Nice t-shirts!!!

Ordered a shirt on 4/2/18, and have still not received. Sent numerous emails and no response. Sent complaint to better business bureau. They delete all their comments on instagram, probably because so many people go on and ask where their orders are! Do NOT order from here! Scam scam scam
