When we met with the notary, the experience felt more transactional than professional. Several documents had to be redone due to errors, which reduced our confidence in the process. When we asked questions, she seemed unsure of some of the answers, and when my wife attempted to make small talk, the responses were brief and not very engaging.
We also asked for guidance regarding a Yes, no, or N/A question on one of the forms, and the response we received was simply that "most people put N/A," which was not particularly helpful. At the conclusion of the appointment, we were handed a stack of documents without any folder or envelope for organization. As she scanned the documents with her back turned to us, she repeatedly apologized, which further reinforced the impression that the appointment had not gone smoothly

From the initial phone call to the online closing, my experience with Rocket Mortgage was 5-star. All my questions answered and kept up-to-date on the process whether by email, text or phone call. I had time to review all documents and best of all, getting back on track with my finances. Thank you!

Quick, easy and straightforward. The whole process took 20 min. A good portion of the paperwork was available online at 7 a.m. the morning of the closing and allowed us to sign most of the paperwork in advance. The lady was ontime and polite and professional.

Working with the paperwork people not so much. Had to keep repeating documents until perfect. But they also have a job to do. All in all, definitely will recommend and repeat user in the future if needed.

Probably the most stressful closing ever! Issues with Rocket mortgage team dropping the ball n causing a lot of issues for me. This closing should have closed in May n closed at the end of August.Resulting in a higher mortgage rate. Than second time around Rocket Mortgage was doing maintenance which caused me to not be able to finish signing. Rocket Mortgage was suppose to have a notary at my home waited from 9-4 and I had to call 3 different times to get an notary at my home this processed took basically all day he came at 8 had no issues and finally closed!

The company was responsive and knowledgeable about closing.

Everyone i talked with and was asking questions and asking for help were wonderful!

Still have not closed, have not heard from anyone, wife's name was spelled incorrectly. I noted it last week. This was still not updated at closing and forced me to cancel. I was told someone would be reaching out to me shortly and heard nothing. Also called and left a voicemail.

Selling our home from another state was easy and convenient. The associates were easy to communicate with and always helpful.

As always- a great experience with Rocket. So easy to do everything online!

The ease of filling out paperwork in my own time. They handled everything and set everything up. I didn't have e to lift a finger. Would have like a final verification that everything was complete. I had to ask for it. Everyone was super quick to get back to me when I needed help. Allie S was super helpful!
