I was always updated on where we were with the process. Great communication on the process

Signing was a very easy experience. Our nototary had some technical difficulties, but someone at Rocket was readily available when she called and helped her smoothly through it. The actual signing was quick and painless and I didn't have to leave my home!

The closing didn't happen. Someone on your end screwed up and no one came. We did have contact about the problem and hope it is solved soon.

Dealing with everyone from Rocket Mortgage was an absolute pleasure, Everyone from the beginning of the closing through to the date of closing was kind, patient and very helpful. At first I was nervous doing this without a realtor, but I must say I'm glad we did and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. Many thanks to Rocket Mortgage and their team for all their help and their professionalism. I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the future.

Our closing representative was friendly , informative, and patient. She made it easy for us.

Other closing we have the buyer and seller ALTA and we only got the 1 side. Numbers were not typed in right and there was some mess up along the way. It was an alright experience. The people we were dealing with originally wasn't there to close.

Stayed in touch. Easy to actually talk to a real person when a question arose. Closing was on time and no delays in funding.

All went relatively well, other than scheduling the closing. Was told one thing, then get a call saying it wouldn’t work, to find out it would, but would have to reschedule with someone else. Is what it is I guess, but made it a GIANT pain in the ass.

Everything was just so simple and was made with as less stress as possible. As a first time homebuyer, I must say I had knots in my stomach the day of the closing, but they quickly went away after the closing was finished. I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family.
