After more than 35 years in real estate, I can honestly say Rocket Close Company is the worst closing company I have ever dealt with.
The entire process was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional. The closing was held in a shared Regus office rather than a professional title office, the copy machine and printer were not working, and the closer failed to get all required documents to the underwriter in a timely manner causing an almost 2 hour delay even after all docs were signed within 45 minutes.
My buyer could not even leave the closing with a complete final package because of the printer issue. We were promised the full package by email on August 27. As of September 2, we still have not received it.
Even more concerning, the deed has apparently been misplaced or lost, and our attorney's repeated calls and emails requesting an update have gone unanswered. That is completely unacceptable when dealing with such an important legal document.
Equipment problems happen. Lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through is a choice. A title company should provide confidence that a transaction and its legal documents are being handled properly. Rocket Close did exactly the opposite.
In all my years I have never experienced this level of disorganization, incompetence, and lack of follow-through from a closing company. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Overall was good the only issue was that the notary got the paperwork late. Because of that was late to the close time.

The closing on my loan was easy. My appointment was at 6:30pm. I got the call just a little after 6:00pm and was completed in almost 10 minutes. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the closing agent, but he was very friendly and easy to work with.

Pre signing and document review helped speed along the closing process, the notary was kind and helpful making sure I understood all of the documents I was signing and made the process very smooth and efficient. I never want to close in person again!

Good communication from start to finish. Online tasks were easy to navigate. Employees were available to answer questions in the evening and weekends.

Everyone I worked with was amazing, and honestly, Sean should get a raise for his class, consistency, and dedication. My issue is, Child Support. As a single mother for 16 years CS has been able to work against me from every corner of life. You may not know, that the combination of employment and CS gives the state the right to reject assistance. Therefore, hard working moms are constantly getting rejected because of the inconsistency of a system they have no control over. It works against us for support, and is not aloud to work for us to better ourselves. Regardless of “when” payments are dropped, if there is no laps in payment for the 6 months you require to review, there should be no further question. At minimum, review a full year of CS for any laps. Collecting CS can be JUST as risky as someone losing a job. No one should have to be penalized for working hard and making things work.

It was a pretty easy process although at times I didn’t know what some terms meant to understand what they were looking for to fill out. And, at times there were so many different folks we were dealing with it got a bit confusing. But overall, we got the sale of our house done successfully and pretty efficiently so all is good.
