The reception staff always make every effort to assist me as a wheelchair user.
Also, the dentist himself, when he found I needed more treatment than was planned in the original appointment he carried it out knowing the difficulties a return visit would create.

Continually cancel me and my child’s appointments, because we are NHS patients. 7 cancellations so far, i’ve been with them for 10 years and this year I’ve been treated so poorly. Left with a hole in my tooth for a month and cancelled appointments throughout, alongside my 5 year olds checkups.

Rude receptionist and terrible emergency service
Since the practice was taken over I have found the service to fall short. I have been with this dentist since 2009 and never had so many issues with them as I have in the past 2 years. Twice now a receptionist has been ‘off’ and snippy. Just today, I called for an emergency appointment as I am in so much pain and whilst I understand completely how busy they are and cannot fit me in today or tomorrow, there was no need for rudeness from the receptionist. I told her l was disappointed and was thinking of leaving as I was not happy and she went silent, when I asked her if she was going to respond, I heard her say under her breath, ‘oh my god’. This is so rude! I asked her for her name, she refused and put the phone down on me. So now I am left with no appointment, in pain, and angry. I have written a letter of complaint but I’m not holding my breath. Sorry Rodericks, but this is not good enough

I booked an appointment approximately 5…
I booked an appointment approximately 5 weeks ago for a check up which would have been tomorrow. I also booked some other appointments in town since I would be in leeds anyway. A week or so ago they phoned me to arrange for another day I said no because I'd already arranged everything. They phoned me this morning and cancelled it. They also did the same thing last February but I was already on my way to the appointment.
Not good enough.

The hygienist is extremely patient, efficient and caring.
The hygienist is extremely patient and caring. Unfortunately she did not have a dental nurse to assist which added responsibility for tasks normally completed by the nurse. However she did not rush and my appointment was, even though longer, was completed with her normal efficiency. I am well pleased.
