Ordered two items on backorder knowing it would be delayed and thought I'd give them plenty of time to restock, got the items two months later than expected vs the two weeks they estimate for back orders, but still in time for Christmas so not disappointed, but will have to be weary back ordering in future

Haven't received it yet. Try giving it a bit longer for reviews when there's a postal strike!

Ordered two books only got one. Supplier problems they said.

I ordered some Games Workshop pre order products from this site. Nearly a week after expected arrival I began to contact them via their support email and web form. There was no response at all from their customer services until I complained to Games Workshop directly.

My items have still not arrived and the customer services for Rogue Games are trying to gaslight me into saying I ordered back order items, which I absolutely know not to be the case.

Charged £10 for shipping to where I am (UK based) the book I brought through them was supposed to be new but was frayed at the edges and the spine was bent

Poop (my rightfully chosen words aren't aloud but you know what I mean), my order was late by about 2 weeks. I emailed twice to find out where and why my parcel hadn't arrived after paying extra for faster delivery.

Once my order arrived I was missing part of my order.

I have only just been refunded for my missing piece and never got full refund for my delivery, even though I had an option to take free delivery, free delivery should have still get my parcel to me sooner.

One of the main issues were that I only got a response to my undelivered parcel and when I recieved it with parts missing when i made a point of speaking to my solicitor about being in touch.

I specifically chose in stock items, so there wasnt a delay. But low and behold, there was.

All round shot experience, not one a warhammer newbie like myself wants to experience let alone anyone else. If I could I'd give no stars but that wasnt an option.

Placed an order with them for a Pre-Order item. Was told it would be sent on Release day. Release day came and went showed as 'Processing'. I sent them a message to ask what was happening and there was no response. Finally got feed up after weeks of no updates and put in for a PayPal refund.

That got their attention and I was told the item was 'back order' (it wasn't) and to wait. This despite the fact that the itme was a limited release and no longer available from the manufacturer. It was clear they had no intention of ever trying to supply the item and simply wanted to try and wait me out.

Luckily PayPal decided in my favour and I got a full refund. However as the item was long out of stock by that point I was unable to get it from an alternative retailer.

Do not deal with this company you will end up with no item and have trouble even getting yopur money back.

took 5 months for my books to arrive. I understand they were out of print but on website it speecifies a set number of weeks for delivery. this was exceeded and there was no communication from the company. When I emailed a terse reply was recieved. With no offer of a refund.

Wife placed an order for an out of stock item, the website says this could take up to 2 weeks, this was 48 days ago now. Sent them an email using their contact form asking for any sort of contact by moday or we'd have to take action to recover the funds. Looks like they don't give a s#*t. I'm looking forward to reading the copy paste response everyone else got about not being 100% satisfied, because they can't even be bothered to do that either.

Buyer beware. Awful company. Customer service is non existent. My order was still saying processing weeks after ordering. Asked for a refund on their online form and email multiple times for weeks afterwards didn't get a single response. Only after I gave notice of court action did I receive anything from them. Almost 2 months after ordering. No compensation either. Give a wide birth to these cowboys and shop somewhere else.

Writing this review on behalf of my husband.Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Purchased £200 worth order, no receipt or notification of purchase. Have been contacting the seller for 6 weeks via email and social media. No contact or reply however manages to continue to post on his social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Will be seeking legal action against the limited company - not on at all!

Appalling service. Like others who have used them, I made a preorder they took my money, then only after I contacted them to see where it was, did I find out they never had the stock or preorder. I received a single mail asking me to wait 3 months, I asked for a refund and they stopped responding to my emails. I emailed daily and used their request forms, but nothing. In the end, after nearly 3 weeks, had to raise a dispute with PayPal. Please do not fall victim to Rogue games like me and others on here, there are so many other great options out there, but I guess Rogue are just living up to their very apt name.

Delivered very promptly. Not opened it yet. Not ready for it yet!

This review is based purely on the online experience. Pre-ordered an item, not received on release day, not even got a dispatch notification. Emailed them numerous time, no response. Gave them the benefit of doubt and waited a full week, but had to follow up with a cancel request, giving them a further 48 hours to respond, still nothing, so had to pursue Paypal claim. So now I've lost out on Cursed City Expansion which appears to be a limited run at the moment. Not impressed.
