My problem with ROL Cruise
I bought to P&O cruise to Canary Islands back in February 2026 but I got a very strong vertigo at the day of travel and I missed the departure. I knew that I would not get any money back but recently I found a very similar P&O cruise departing on 19 November 2026. P&O said that it gives a 10% discount on this cruise for returning client. I called ROL cruise and asked them if I qualify for the discount and they said "yes". But when I decide to book this trip and call ROL today they (another agent) said that I do not qualify for 10% discount as I did not take the cruise. At the end I paid for the cruise in November 2026 but I am deeply unsatisfied by the conduct of ROL cruise company and would not recommend to anybody to use this company. I hope ROL Cruise will be informed about my bad experience.

Why I book by Phone.
I do not like booking Cruises or Holidays on Computor, and it was just great to talk to a "human" -in this case Karen (I think) who was Clear & Precise, everything explained well - a pleasure to book.

Seemed a good price
The purchase of our cruise went very well and we decided to purchase a mini suite. We were told that the actual cabin will be named nearer the date of departure. To our horror we subsequently found out the mini suite MAY be one without a balcony, when queering this we were told that it may be a possibility but we could ensure a balcony cabin buy paying extra HENCE THE GOOD PRICE ADVERTISED we paid extra.

I was given a reference number by ROL email and told I would be contacted.
3 days later I had not heard anything so I telephoned ROL and eventually managed to book a cruise but sadly at a higher price than the cruise company themselves !!
