How do you reach them for customer service? I am not getting an "Authenticator" code when I try to log in to see how the presale is going. How do I reach them?

Rollblock is a absolutely NOGO.
After i tried to cash out my winnings (3600,-$), they delete my Account without any Reason.
After 7 Mails i got a short answer from Support Service (after 1 Month). They say, that my Account was deleted becaue of "suspicious interactions".
That was the only answer and my Money is lost.

I had the same Problem like bovinefodder.

At first i bought RBLKs with Solana without any Problem. Then i bought RBLK (at 05.12.2024) with BTC and directly after payment, the Transaction (RBTXN031984) was cancelled. Thats over 2 Month ago and I wrote several times to Support.
I wrote at 06.12, 18.12, 19.12 and 27.01.2025 without any answer until now.

Everybody can see the Transaction in the Blockchain.

As long as you lose there are no problems but if you try to cash out your winnings you will lose everything.

Rollblock is a FRAUD and a SCAM! I submitted to purchase 0.02BTC of their crypto in their "pre-sale," and at the precise moment the BTC was transferred they cancelled the transaction due to "failure to transfer funds." I wrote them a number of times at support@rollblock and info@rollblock, with the information related to the BTC transfer, never received any response, and my rollblock.io account has since been deleted. This was NOT a case of logging into the wrong website- I was SCAMMED by rollblock.io. They got my money- don't make the same mistake!

UPDATE: I finally received a response from RollBlock, after having no response to four emails over a months' time, only after this TP review. Support stated they deposited $RLBK into my account- the only problem being they had previously deleted my account! Once again, emails to their support regarding this matter go unanswered. DO NOT invest with these frauds, you will only lose your money. As other people have stated, much more recently than me getting scammed, all the positive feedback, predictions of big gains, and "moon" emojis are most likely more fakes and frauds.

I have been using Rollblock.io for casino betting for almost before 6 months, and I have managed to build up my balance to around 15K euro. I then verified my account with rollblock uploading all the required documents. I requested my first withdrawal of around 2000 USDT and this was not paid. Then they blocked my account under”investigation”.I have contacted Rollblock.io asking for a timeline for when my account will be reinstated, or at least when my funds can be withdrawn but I have been ignored. I have been accused of committing "suspicious activities" which is completely untrue. I have provided all my genuine documents. I have just been betting and making reasonable profits. Rollblock.io must respond and pay out my balance.

Rollblock.io is a complete scam. I was enticed to purchase their $RBLK token on their presale website. Had to jump through hoops to send the correct crypto, but got it done. Sent the appropriate crypto to the address listed and the crypto left my account. I contacted support immediately to ask when the payment would reflect in my account on their site. No response. Sent another request for information. No response. They had my email and transaction on site showed "pending" so left it alone and figured I would hear from them if something went wrong or it would go through as initiated and I would check on it later. Well, checked in on it and the transaction was canceled. Yet the money is gone. I verified the crypto address and it is correct. Tried again to contact support and nothing but silence. One more fake site to bleed me of money. Save yourself and don't even consider this site, either for gambling or for investing.
