Rollblock Not Paying Winnings
I have been using Rollblock.io for sports betting for almost two months, and I have managed to build up my balance to around 8000 USD. I then verified my account with rollblock uploading all the required documents. I requested my first withdrawal of around 950 USDT and this was paid. I then requested another withdrawal for a similar amount which was rejected due to an "issue with the system" and I was advised to re-attempt a withdrawal. I then attempted a withdrawal of around 5000 USD and I woke up the next day to an email informing me that my account was blocked. I have contacted Rollblock.io asking for a timeline for when my account will be reinstated, or at least when my funds can be withdrawn but I have been ignored. I have been accused of committing "suspicious activities" which is completely untrue. I am not affiliated to any football teams or anything suspicious in that way, and I have provided all my genuine documents. I have just been betting and making reasonable profits. Rollblock.io must respond and pay out my balance.

I have just registered and purchased USDT 55 worth of RBLK. The online support was invaluable and I did not feel rushed to complete the purchase. I paid from my YouHodlr wallet. However, I was a bit confused about whether Youholdlr was a centralised or decentralised exchange because you needed to insert the ETH address into which the RBLK tokens will be deposited once they get released. YouHodlr is, in fact, a centralised exchange, so I changed it to a Trust Wallet ETH address. I limited my purchase to a minimum because there is no guarantee that this is not a well-run scam (just like Bitcoinblack some years back), and I may never receive anything. I accepted the risk and hoped for the best, so I rated it three stars.

Questionable Practices and Poor Support
I attempted to register on Rollblock but was forced to subscribe to their marketing emails to complete the registration process. This practice seems to violate data protection laws like GDPR, which require consent to be freely given and not tied to other services.
When I raised this concern with their support team, they simply told me it was "up to me" to register, dismissing the potential legality issues. Such dismissive customer service and non-compliance with basic data protection principles raise serious red flags.
Until Rollblock improves its practices and aligns with legal standards, I cannot recommend this platform.
