Door delivered as per quoted delivery time and very well packaged.
On-line install help videos very helpful.
Self install went very smooth and had the new door in and operational within 1/2 a day!!

No problems here. Online purchase and helpful on the phone/email. Quality of product was good and fitted the provided dimensions. Delivery quick enough considering door and frame are bespoke. This was a DIY installation. Very happy.

Best value that we researched.

Easy to fit and brilliant after sales service

Works superbly and looks really nice.

Delighted with my roller door, personally collected from the factory and was super impressed with the facility, installation was simple, as was the set-up of limits. Online videos were ideal to keep me on the right track. Fantastic after care with factory phoning to enquire on how my install went. Highly recommend

The communication with Rollerdoors and quality of the door were both very good. It was straight forward to fit but help and advice was available had I needed it. Everyone I dealt with were polite and friendly and I even got a courtesy call a few weeks later to check I was happy and that everything had gone smoothly. Who else does that nowadays!? I would certainly order from them again.

10 out 10

I ordered 2 mini roll garage doors from Rollerdoors.net at the start of April. The service provided from order to the delivery of the doors was first class. Installation was straight forward using the instructions on the website. I received a call from the team to check the installation had gone to plan and I was happy with everything which was a nice touch. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top quality roller doors.

The company were great to deal with.
Really helpful and the garage door was delivered quickly.
Great quality door and a affordably price.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Great product. Easy yo install and great support if needed. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use ordering system, always someone there to help if needed. Have used several times now and will do again.

This was an order for a security shutter, a product I have struggled to find on sale elsewhere. This was delivered at the time scheduled, is of good quality and fits the 3m wide aperture very well with a smooth operation when raised or lowered.

Easy to order and arrived on time. Installation videos were very useful preparation. Removal of existing door and basic installation of the new roller door took a whole day. It is relatively easy to do but 2 people are required at certain, critical times. Electrics are straightforward. External manual override, sealing wall/rail gaps and fitting upvc cladding took another day.
Overall, very pleased with the Rollerdoors.net experience. Many compliments from neighbours too!
