Rollerdoors.net Reviews

From start to finish we received an excellent service, and aftercare. Would recommend to everyone we know. Also the garage door looks absolutely fantastic.

I ordered the door, it arrived exactly on time. Two very nice blokes in freezing conditions started work straightaway and completed the job in about two hours. They gave me a full rundown on the door operation and did a thorough job of cleaning everything up. I couldn't be happier with the door and service provided and have already recommended your company to my neighbour who is looking to order the same door.

Easy company to deal with, We are a developer and have been ordering these doors for a while, they have always been great on price and the product is very good quality.

Great company, very easy to deal with, delivery was on time and well packaged.
Garage door kit came with everything that was needed and video instructions helped alot..

Very pleased with the garage door installed. Excellent quality, fitters were very polite and tidy. I also upgraded to a Somfy motor so I could operate the door remotely which wasn't offered by competitors. All round good service.

I found the door of good quality and competitively priced, I will be happy to use this company in the future.

Best price for quality kit. Well made, easy to install and good support / installation collateral, paper and videos. Delivered on time and well packaged in appropriate bundles - not one big heavy box. Sat outside for 2 weeks before fitting and was bone-dry and pristine.

Great interaction with the company, queries answered immediately, got exactly what I ordered. Easy to install, and the one issue I thought I would have was explained thoroughly in the manual. First time fit so allowed full day, took me just over half day. Customer and myself very impressed with finished product. Would highly recommend, I will be buying more for my own property very soon.
First class product and service

Just had my roller door installed - very happy, Lewis helped me loads regarding measuring up and the installation went smoothly. (installation team were also very professional).

I hunted around quite a bit before choosing this company, all I can say is don't hesitate, price and quality is great.

Really pleased with quality and surprised by how easy it was to install. The tutorial videos were excellent and the delivery and communication were first class. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Very easy to make the purchase and delivered on time. Easy installation.

Easy to use website and ordering. Confirmation email to check sizes before manufacturing and fast delivery excellent product

The telephone ordering process was excellent with details being taken and confirmed to ensure correct measurements and specifications. Delivery arrangements were agreed at the time of ordering and, more importantly, adhered to.
I fitted the door myself and found the online videos very useful being both clear and accurate.
Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone like me who is capable of mid-level DIY projects as the saving to be be made are significant.

From the moment I did a very easy online quote the service received from this company has been faultless. I would go as far to say many companies could learn a thing or two from them.

I received a follow up phone call with a very pleasant helpful lady who even saved me money, arranged a survey. Gentleman arrived on time, measured, informed of options for what wecwanted. no hard sell like others!!! Booked it in for fitting... arrived when they said they would, lovely fitters, nothing too much trouble. Great fitting, great quality door. Better than previously owned. Please use rollerdoors.net you will not be disappointed!

Excellent service from start to finish, order process was simple, delivered earlier than originally expected and fitted in a couple of hours. The guys even moved a switch. Nothing too much trouble and product great!
Highly recommend

Made a seemingly complex bit of kit extremely easy to fit. Great company to deal with.

Very happy with the quality of the garage door. Ordering online was straight forward. The lead time was short and delivery was on time. Door was easy to fit. Online fitting instructions were very helpful. Excellent all round, nothing at all to complain about.

My double garage roller door from Rollerdoors was expertly and swiftly installed, and it has worked well for years until it required a repair recently. When I called Rollerdoors about it they sent out engineers immediately to see to the problem and fixed it in no time, at no cost to me.
I highly recommend the company to any prospective new customer.
