I dropped my phone, which was in the case and the case cracked and Rome tech had no issue with their warranty and sent me a replacement case. Excellent customer service!

My purchase is my 4th Rome Tech case. 4 different phones over time and each time the Rome Tech case fits my phone. It really is that simple. the case is built to fit the phone and it performs it's designed function. While other companies try to add in bells and whistles that seem more appealing, (like a POS screen protector that actually interferes with operating the phone) those bells and whistles make for a poorly designed, excessively expensive case

I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong battery (X1 Carbon Gen3 instead of X1 Carbon Tablet Gen 3), a simple mistake that could have happened to anyway.
The customer service was really excellent and prompt and gave me a refund as well.. really going the extra mile.
I know where to get my unusual / odd batteries next time :)

Great Service!
The company reached out to me and asked what I wanted to do after it became clear that there would a be a significant delay through no fault of their own. So, just for great customer service 5/5! The case is very good and does what I want/need it to do: protect my Sonim XP -10

Really pleasant customer service
After received product (small CMOS battery) had little bit different connector, they generously offered a few different solutions. They offered to send correct new product but also another faster solution. After a little wait overlapping holiday season, they sent me the correct battery and I happily received it unexpectedly fast. (Faster solution was also very clever and useful.)

This is the second kickstand holster…
This is the second kickstand holster case I have purchased for my iPhone 13 mini from Rome Tech. Gave you 4 stars the first time because the case had sharp edges I had to file down. The problem has been fixed on this one. Great price and delivered in about 5 days.
