Rome Transfer Services Reviews

Your service transfer and Rome Tour on 5/5/25 was great. The airport transfer to the airport was prompt and courteous.

I have been recommending you for over 20 years.

Thank you Fabrizio!

Was on time, found us very quickly. Car was roomy and clean. Driver was professional and polite. Got us to our hotel with no problems.

Very good service. The driver picked us up right at cruise terminal. It was easy to find him with a sign with my name on it. We requested the vehicle earlier than scheduled. They did try their best so we didn't have to wait at the terminal too long. We were in group of 7 people and luggages. It was good to share the cost.

Emiliano was our driver, and he was fantastic. Picked us up right as we got off the ship at the dock. It texted me that he was at our pickup location at the end of our day. I would highly recommend this company.

Was a great experience with Fabrizio and all the drivers at Rome Transfers. The drivers were always on time and courteous helping with luggage etc. Fabrizio kept in touch during each scheduled pickup in the event of changes. All was excellent.

Great service provided by Fabrizio of Rome Travel Services, from the initial enquiry to our airport pick up and drop of at our hotel.
Aldo our driver was on time, polite and courteous.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the service to anyone requiring a taxi in the Rome area

The driver guide was very good and very helpful. We were 6 people on a one day visit to Rome from a cruise and Sebastiano the driver-guide did an excellent job. Very sympathetic and joyful. The mini van was very confortable and clean. This was a very good choice. I highly recommend.

We had a fabulous driver who made everything seemless and easy.

We had a superb experience with this company! Fabrizio was incredibly attentive and arranged all our transfers smoothly and without hassle. Our driver for the day, Aldo, was quiet but very professional - even stepping out of the car to find us when we got lost. After docking at Civitavecchia Cruise Port, Aldo was waiting right as we disembarked, holding a sign and ready with an immaculate vehicle. He ensured both the drive into Rome and the return were perfectly on time and exactly as we requested. Payment was easy, with the option of card or cash after each transfer. Truly excellent service. I have zero complaints!

Communications were clear from the very start until the day of travel. Our driver and his vehicle were identified in advance and he greeted us as we disembarked the cruise terminal. An absolutely seamless process and very affordable.

Great Communication. Ontime pick ups. Nice cars.

The car service was excellent. When we debarked the ship at Civitavecchia we were greeted by a driver holding up our name. Helped with the luggage and we were on our way in 10 minutes. Drive to the Rome airport (FCO) was quick and uneventful. The driver had already figured out which drop point to use based on our flights. We would definitely use this service again.

Excellent experience.
Our driver was attentive and professional
Contacted us a day in advance to confirm pickup time and location.
Day of came into hotel to greet us and help with luggage.
Car was clean and comfortable.
Driver even provided water for us.
We felt safe and drive was worry free

The driver went to the wrong ship so was very late

Nice comfortable car for our journey from port to airport. Friendly driver, who was unfortunately delayed getting into the port, receiving pass etc, but phoned to say delayed. Good cost.

We used this service for a ride from Civitavecchia cruise port to Rome and then on a second trip from Rome to FCO to transfer our family of 7 and lots of suitcases. We were picked up in a nice Mercedes van driven by Emiliano both times. Emiliano was great and the company was very helpful and accommodating when we made changes to the pickup times. We would definitely use this service again. Grazi, Fabrizio!

I can't recommend Rome Transfer Services highly enough! Our driver, Emiliano, was fantastic from start to finish. Booking our transfer was a breeze—super quick and easy online. Emiliano reached out immediately when he arrived at the port, making it stress-free to find him. He was not only easy to locate, but also very helpful with our bags.
The vehicle was impressive: super nice, clean, and comfortable! Traveling with my mom and daughter, we really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Emiliano was incredibly friendly and made us feel safe throughout the journey. The entire transfer experience was perfect! Without a doubt, we will be using Rome Transfer Services again on our next visit!
Thank you, Emiliano, for making our trip special!

Sabastiano was great and right on time. Very helpful with our luggage and providing us a tour of Rome. Great service, very responsive when I was setting up our reservation and would highly recommend this company.

My experience with this private transportation service was excellent in every way. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and professional. The driver greeted us at the port of Civitavecchia with punctuality, making everything smooth and convenient.

The car was impeccable: clean, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts. During the journey to our destination, the driver was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips about the area and ensuring a safe and relaxing ride.

I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Definitely a 5-star experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free private transfer.
