Before placing an order I spoke to someone at Rooflights & Skylights as I was unsure what product would be most suitable. They were really knowledgeable and helped reassure me and luckily encouraged me to speak to my builder who needed a certain sized glass rooflight for our job. Great price for a good quality product, very happy. Thanks.
Great experience dealing with the team at rooflights and skylights. Ordered from here a couple of times now and communication has always been great and the products are too.

Placed my order on the website, called first to discuss what I needed and the staff were really helpful and guided me to what I wanted. The price was the best I could find for the spec I wanted. The rooflight was delivered on the day they said and the driver was really friendly as well. Will use Rooflights & Skylights again for my next job / project.
Our experience with Roof & Skylights has unfortunately been an extremely negative one.
Having had to contact Roof & Skylights with regards to a number of issues (significantly delayed delivery, followed by delivery of incorrect items, etc) it feels very much like this company is in its infancy and has many lessons to learn in terms of transparency and basic customer service. In our experience, there was a clear lack of ownership when we had to contact Roof & Skylights with the various issues with our order. This may be due to Roof & Skylights actually being a third party distributer so it appears they have limited control.
I should say that our latest issue (damaged panel) was dealt with very effectively and Roof & Skylights did provide a 10% refund for the issues relating to delivery delays. The partial refund however did not cover our actual financial loss incurred as a result of the in-competencies.

Many thanks for your feedback. We can assure you that we are not in our infancy and we are proud to be celebrating our 40th Anniversary this year. We are sorry there were a few delivery related issues with your order. As you are aware we rely on 3rd party couriers to deliver our products. As the product is glass we are limited as not all couriers / companies have sufficient insurances or the capabilities to transport glass. We will always do our best to assist our customers when these issues arise despite the fact we do not charge for delivery we were still able to offer you a refund as a gesture of goodwill at our cost even though the issues were not errors or in competencies by our company.
