I have used RoomOnGo for two separate trips now (One to the Disney area and another to an all inclusive resort in Mexico) and have had a great experiences both times! We each booking, their rates were always lower than the competition and their customer service as well as the double booking confirmation has been fantastic. Patrick was especially helpful when making certain upgrades for our Mexico trip. I'll be using them again with my next trip!

Roomongo is my go-to booking site. Incredible prices you won't find elsewhere. The founder takes the time to double verify each booking. He is always there to answer questions and will honor all price drops. Roomongo is the only site with a year round 10 percent discount. You will enjoy an ever expanding hotel list as well as an improved search function

At first I assumed Roomongo was just another fish in the big sea of booking sites though after booking our first trip with them realized that they are so much more than that and really deserve your business. They've had great prices (most important for us) and their customer service is off the charts compared to so many businesses in 2023. Online chat response is immediate, professional, and knowledgeable. Their site keeps getting better and better too. They personally call every hotel you make a reservation for to ensure your booking has been double confirmed. Really enjoyed our experience and will keep using them as often as we can!

We normally stay at Hilton, mostly Hampton Inn. I am a Hilton Honors silver member. Since using Roomongo, the price always winds up being less than Hilton Honors prices. Once the Roomongo discount is applied it winds up being substantially lower.
I also like how Roomongo re-checks the reservation the next day to ensure everything is covered and correct.

Patrick O'Hara customer service is amazing!! I have never worked with travel representative with such stellar service. Because of this he has won me over! For years I've been doing this myself due to the lack of travel representative service and the extra fees I knew I could do it myself, but now I don't have to....Yay!!

I enjoyed using Roomongo! The rates were great and the site was user friendly. I had one question that was purely my user error and the customer service was super quick and friendly in helping me. We easily booked multiple stays that helped with youth tournaments and vacation stays. It is so nice to have another option to book stays!

I found roomongo’s website easy to use, and very helpful in finding a Hotel at a good price. I was looking for accommodations in a highly sought after destination for summer travel, I was not finding options through other websites! I called Roomongo customer service for assistance and someone answered immediately and was able to help me! I was very appreciative of the assistance so wanted to write a review to let others know to use this website to book future travel!
