I signed up for Roomvu’s annual subscription on November 28, 2025, after a sales representative cold-called with a one-day special offer. He verbally promised a 7-day money-back performance guarantee that would start after I reviewed my account contents, plus $2,000 allocated toward actual Facebook and Instagram ads.

No contract or Terms of Service was ever provided. My card was charged $2,940 immediately. Onboarding was scheduled via Calendly for eight days later, so the 7-day guarantee expired before I could meaningfully test the platform. Roomvu performed only static image posting automation on my Facebook and Instagram accounts. They ran no actual ads and spent $0 of the promised ad credit.

Immediately upon seeing the service did not deliver as promised, I requested a full refund. My requests were ignored with bot replies and ghosting.

My experience did not match the sales promises made. I would caution anyone considering Roomvu to get all guarantees and ad spend commitments in writing before committing to any subscription--not that it would matter since Roomvu is based in Canada beyond the reach of U.S. civil law.

I cannot stress strongly enough that you thoroughly research this company. They will likely come along behind this review and deny everything. Don't believe them.

When they sell, they promise the world, and then reality hits. They dont have a robost customer service, the posts are repetitive and automotive a nd your social media starts looking like a spam. You can complain, but they dont have capacity to handle pretty much anything. They will charge you upfront, and will not reimburse you the money for the future months even though you tell them you dont want to recieve their services anymore. This is another of the Hindu based creation company that offers services on the lowesr quality level and will force you to put money ahead of the game. It is so not worth it!

The representative took my creidt card Mid January. I told him not to process it until I come back from my vacation Mid February. The rep processed it immediately in January. I tried calling and emailing when I got back in mid February to get my onboparding training with no repsonse. I tried several times. Most of the time, I could not reach anyone by phone. When someone answered, the person said she can't help me except letting the billing department know my concern. No phone contact available to billing. The response-my account exceeded the 7 day policy which I was on vacation. In addition, they began posting to social media and used my email address that they picked up from my former company and not what I gave him. Rooomvu is the worst compqany I ever dealt with and feel they are a scam company that takes your money.

DECEPTIVE💥💥 DECEPTIVE Unfortunately I was hospitalized on 2/8/26 due to a heart attack and had to have surgery on 2/13/26 and unable to cancel the membership, unaware that that there were a renewal scheduled for 2/15. I never recalled agreeing to an AUTO RENEWAL because the service, advertisements is horrible and I DEFINITELY did not want to renew with this company. They have deceptive practices and is scamming the consumers out of money. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR MY SO CALLED MEMBERSHIP TO BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND ALL MONIES ($377) TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK. THEY ARE REFUSING TO CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY. I NEED HELP PLEASE 🙏

I signed up for Roomvu after a brokerage presentation where significant promises were made about the platform’s capabilities. I agreed to a discounted yearly subscription and paid upfront. Before committing, I specifically requested that my subscription begin one month later because I was traveling. I was assured this would be accommodated. It wasn’t. I was charged for a full month I could not use.

My onboarding call was delayed by two weeks and lasted only 30 minutes. We did not cover everything that was promised.

Three months later, the issues are still ongoing. My brokerage information has been incorrect. Photos have been wrong. The website does not update properly. Information I upload does not reflect in a timely manner. I have contacted support multiple times by email and through their channels with little to no response.

I have formally requested a refund and those requests have gone unanswered.

At this point, it feels less like a service issue and more like a lack of accountability and follow-through. For a company that markets itself to real estate professionals, the communication and support have been extremely disappointing.

I invested in good faith. I expected professional service. I have not received it.

The videos are fine for marketing. However, I don't recommend using this service. On two occasions they have debited my bank account 2 times in one month. The first time it happened they gave me a quick refund, which was great. The second time it happened, which is this month (2/26) they not only debited my bank account for the monthly fee but 14 days later, they debited $299.97 from my bank account and will not return my calls or emails. That means they took approximately $400 in 14 days.

Very thorough and answered numerous questions.

Dishonest business practices. I was given a large upfront discount based on false promises (e.g., no watermark in ads). During the so-called “trial period,” the platform automatically posted low-quality, irrelevant content to my social media without proper consent. I requested a refund within the 7-day refund window but was denied because their automated system had already posted content. They later issued only a partial refund, deducting $280 from $624 for a “setup fee” and one month of usage—fees that were never disclosed or shown on the receipt. Very misleading and unprofessional experience. Content Quality is really low.

Armando was very patient with me as I fumbled through setting up a zoom account. Once into the meeting Armando did a great job explaining all the features in RoomVu. He went at a great pace and always asked if I had any questions. Thanks Armando, you did a great job.

Onboarding was a breeze with Eynhar. The platform design is simple and easy to understand. I'm very excited about using Roomvu.

Got riped off stay away from this company. Tool forever to book a zoom call, then they no showed. Asked for a refund after they wanted to give me back 163 from the 850 I invested. Their material is poor, couldn’t game my profile pic. The list goes on.

It was quick and to the point. No wasted time. I got all my questions answered. I really learned a lot.
