Eynhar was patient and great teacher is helping me set up my account.

Rick did a great job finding some issues I had and getting them fixed and working through all the social set up. He knows what he is doing and great to work with.

Arya from Roomvu support was amazing. He had such patience answering all my questions and dealing with my concerns 1 by 1. We were able to get my audio intro recordings working, update my AI images, and learned how to schedule my own posts.

The onboarding with Eynhar was so easy and informative, he went through all the system and even it took less time than expected.

Rick is an outstanding professional, knows his product thoroughly, clearly lays out next steps, and his willingness to help going forward is second to none!

Super informative. Not being a techy myself, I much appreciated Eynhar's patience as well as his knowledge. He answered every question, clear and concisely. Could not have been better. Being in sales myself for over 30 years I can recognize some one who goes above and beyond, and that was Eynhar!!!
He should train all of your other Customer Service Reps!

Totally disappointed. Based on reviews, I subscribed to their platinum package after being assured that they will meet and exceed my expectations as a commercial real estate agent. After 6 months on their platform, they do not have a single commercial real estate ad. So I created my own video, and it took them a month to curate it - just added CC. Subsequently, I was told that they can only make ONE CUSTOM AD (Which I had created in the first place). Getting hold of anyone responsible who can help me has been my biggest challenge so far, and I am considering legal action as a last step if this continues.

Arya was a great help with explaining the AI option that is in Beta and setting up some AI avatars for me. My Internet connection was not great, but he handled it well. Excellent customer service. John
