They provided the service as requested with efficiency and fixed an old heating system that has been problematic for a long time. Very pleased to have installed the Nest smart thermostat. They also went to get spare parts within the timeslot, as opposed to book a new visit. In addition they were punctual, polite and clear in explaining how the system works with the new set up. We spent years trying to find a company to understand our underfloor heating. Roost were recommended to us about 3 years ago and they are brilliant. They sorted it all out for us and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They regularly service both the heating and solar panels and also either come out or talk us through any issues that may arise.

Roost installed a new boiler for us, the recommended model was just right and the set up is very efficient. The guys that carried out the installation, Aidan and Max, worked hard and were friendly and professional explaining what they were doing as they went along. Before finishing they identified and repaired a leak in the pipework not associated with the installation. We've used Roost before and they have been excellent.

Quick, on time, good Comms from the office and very pleasant and professional. Chris really know what he was about and intelligently diagnosed issues and thought ahead. Loads of free and useful advise and even taught me to use and programme the stupidly complicated heating controls. Superb customer service.

Christian and Max visited to assess and repair my solar thermal hot water system which had become noisy and not very efficient. They were on time, professional and a pleasure to deal with. They added glycol to the system and re-commissioned it. It is now working properly again and it is silent.

We had an intermittent problem with our solar thermal hot water system. Christian visited us, diagnosed the issue and within a day the new part arrived and was fitted. The system is back working, good as new.

Christian serviced our boiler and advised on a quote for some radiator work at the same time. He was friendly and professional, and the work was done tidily and efficiently. The advice he offered showed clear expertise and was much appreciated. Aidan and Max came to do the radiator work and were also a pleasure to deal with - work done very effectively.
