Christian reviewed the repair beforehand and was very clear on the cost. He arrived on time and worked really hard to complete what appeared to be a difficult job. He had a can-do attitude, resolved issues and completed the job to my full satisfaction with no hidden extras. He was knowledgeable, organised and came prepared with the right parts. We had Chris repair and set up our digital controllers and fixed our underfloor heating, what a great guy, he was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful in every aspect. I would thoroughly recommend Chris and Roost Heating. We have had a few "experts" look at our underfloor heating without success, Chris sorted everything out.

Roost Heating installed our new boiler within 24 hours of our old boiler breaking. So we had no stress about being without heating & hot water. Aidan & Jack were professional, courteous and helpful. Everything was left tidy and we received clear instructions on how to use the boiler controls and App. We have used Roost Heating several times and highly recommend them. An excellent company!

Designed and installed underfloor heating to existing air source pump system. Very clean and efficient installation, staff extremely courteous.

Excellent service from Chris and Aidan who installed our boiler today. They were punctual, efficient, tidy and polite. Checked that everything was working OK, explained the details to us and cleaner up after themselves. The team in the office are also efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Tareq the engineer, arrived on time and carried out a service on our Upnor underfloor heating system in a very efficient manner. He was courteous and spent time explaining and resetting the system to a more cost effective level. Would certainly recommend the company to other residents in our apartments.

We spent years trying to find a company to understand our underfloor heating. Roost were recommended to us about 3 years ago and they are brilliant. They sorted it all out for us and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They regularly service both the heating and solar panels and also either come out or talk us through any issues that may arise.

Roost installed a new boiler for us, the recommended model was just right and the set up is very efficient. The guys that carried out the installation, Aidan and Max, worked hard and were friendly and professional explaining what they were doing as they went along. Before finishing they identified and repaired a leak in the pipework not associated with the installation. We've used Roost before and they have been excellent.
