This is the 2nd time I have used Roost. They are very efficient in making the booking. Their staff (Chris Smith) is super polite and knows his stuff. I can highly recommend this company.

Courteous and professional
Arrived a little later (half an hour) than Scheduled but when he arrived did a good job.

From the first contact with Roost (recommended by Polypipe, the manufacturer of our undefloor heating) they could not have been more helpful, accommodating or professional. We've had our underfloor hearing fitted for five years but at the time didn't get smart thermostats, so finally decided to get Hive controls fitted for our three UFH zones. The email correspondence with Roost in advance of their visit was really helpful and informative, and gave me confidence. On the day Chris turned up on time, was really friendly. He explained everything he was doing, and talked through the options explaining the pros and cons of each. Following Chris's work the system has operated really well. Very happy all round.

We cannot praise the people that we saw and spoke to at Roost heating today and earlier this week enough. The engineer was knowledgeable, understanding and came quickly to the boiler problems we were having.
The kind, caring, compassionate lady we initially spoke to on the phone, was one in a million, Thanks to Linda and Jade , we are two toasty warm oldies tonight !

Jade and his colleagues quickly fixed a boiler issue caused by a previous incompetent installer (not Roost!). Great work, thank you.

Excellent, very professional company. Detailed quotes. Regular visits from the lead engineer Tareq, who patiently explained job details. All engineers were professional, helpful and friendly to have on site. I could not recommend more highly.

Roost did an excellent job installing our boiler last year. Most impressed that when we had boiler issues (due to issues our side - boiler was pumping out hot heat given our thermostat device got deleted from our app) Roost came out to visit and resolve the issue immediately without any cost. This was really appreciated given impacts it was having on our house and young kids. Thank you

Roost Heating fitted me in on 22nd December, the last working day before Christmas. Belinda in the office was wonderful and very efficient. Chris came to look at the underfloor heating. He was professional, knowledgeable & punctual. So impressed by this company, it had a family feel to it. I'd give them 5*! Roost will definitely stay in my phone book.

Roost were very helpful in arranging a housebuyer's survey and service of our intended new house gas boiler

Excellent service. Friendly and reliable staff, we had an ongoing underfloor heating problem that was frustrating, wish we had found Roost and Tariq earlier. Problem solved and work carried out plus boiler serviced efficiently today by Chris & Max.
Would highly recommend, a company which still has standards and high customer service. Hard to find these days.

Speedy turnaround and resolution of a plumbing issue that came up when they serviced my boiler

Plumber turned up on time. Look at various solutions and explained option. Did the job quickly and made sure everything was tidy. Was polite and personable.

I just wish to say the service from the roost team was excellent. Punctual, polite and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend the team. Chris was very knowledgable with regards to the system and it was lovely to see the same engineer on both visits

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Aidan and Max were the engineers who did the majority of our work and they were just superb; good, helpful and kind lads who know their stuff. They were patient, explained things clearly and always tidied up well when they were finished. I hear there’s an end of year award for the employee who gets the best customer satisfaction scores - they both thoroughly deserve it!

The whole Roost team were responsive, professional and to put it simply, truly decent human beings. Our boiler packed it in unexpectedly, we were without hot water and heating (we have a small child, so not insignificant!). Roost went the extra mile to get us sorted with a new boiler asap and helped by giving us flexible options to help us pay. I’d recommend a thousand times over. We’ll certainly be using them again.

Tareq was very kind, patient, and helpful. He helped guide me through the process and even though I wasn’t in their area Tareq was happy to help. The Winchester people are very lucky to be served by them
